Normally I don't enjoy getting the full pedicure treatment. I typically get them painted and go on my way. I recently had surgery and I'm still recovering so I thought a little extra pampering would be nice. I had a phenomenal experience today, I walked in and was assisted immediately. They were steady as it was a Friday afternoon, the 15th at that, but they were very attentive and sat me immediately. David was my tech and was extremely personable. We made conversation about families and backgrounds, it was like catching up with an old friend. I never understood why girls go every week to get their nails done but after today I see why. I will for sure be going back to see David, if I could give him 100 stars I would. I got the deluxe pedicure, he was very thorough and took his time with the scrubs and hot towels, my polish is awesome too! Happy pampered girl over here! Read Less

My mom and I just left after getting pedicures. My moms toes are bleeding from 4 different cuts and it hurts for her to walk. My tech was a super nice, but he did an awful job. It looks as if i polished my toes myself (which i suck at). I paid for her and my pedis, at the register as i was purchasing lotion the woman made a rude comment about my not tipping. Made a recent review on how I wont go anywhere else, but after today I'll make sure to find somewhere more reputibable for being more honest with their clients. After I got my pedicure, I showed the gentleman a picture of a nail design, and he assured me several times that he could do it... after he literally ripped my cuticles on my nails instead of cutting (which he knew he was doing it because every time he would look up as he did it and watched me wince), he only painted my nails. Needless to say, thankfully they charged me for the basic manicure instead of for a design. If this would let me, I would post pictures of how bloody my nailbeds are now. Read Less

Went in for an eyebrow wax and specifically said “it’s been 4 months I know they’re thick but I don’t want them thin, just a shape up” and she either didn’t care or didn’t know what I meant (I wouldn’t know bc she didn’t respond to me). I wish I could post a before and after pic. No arch- waxed almost straight across the top without waxing the outermost part of my eyebrow!? Cut the top of my inside corners so short that the rest of my eyebrow hairs are longer.. and plucked out a huge chunk from underneath my right eyebrow. My eyebrows aren’t even that red/sore bc she barely used any wax or anything. I’m obsessed with my eyebrows and I’ve been crying since I left. Won’t be going back, obviously. Read Less

I JUST left this place after getting a pedicure. It wasn’t very busy, and I sat down next to two other people getting a pedicure. They got up and left and when they were done, nobody cleaned up or sanitized the tubs for those 2 chairs. Two new people came in for pedicures and they just sat them in those same chairs. They just filled up the tubs for them. No cleaning first. So gross. I wish I had seen this before my pedicure was over. I definitely won’t be back and will make sure to let people I know that this isn’t the salon you want to go to. I wish there was something lower than one star! Read Less

This is by far the best nail place in the area . The staff is friendly and always very welcoming. Their prices are good and lots of services to choose from . Lots of staff and I have never waited more than 10 mins . Highly recommend! Read Less

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Came in for a simple full set(for myself ) and manicure for my daughter) ..... Was told to sit in chairs directly right of the sign in station..... About 5 minutes later a older gentleman comes and sits down and asks what I want ...so I tell him again ..... Ok ... So he starts doing my nails ..... No one ever comes to do my daughters manicure ..... After telling asking 5 times was someone going to come and do my daughters manicure ... And amongst.... N...ail techs discussing us in different language and ... Half English , a older lady comes and says ... We will do nail when available ( the same woman who was sitting in the pedicure chair on her telephone ).... My daughters nails finally were painted ..and I just finishing washing my hands when I sat back down no cuticle oil barely filed ...nails looking like duck bills .... He takes me to drying station only no polish was on my nails ... He said you pay me now ... I said are you gonna paint my nails ??? ..he comes back with two different colors ...and assume I Don't notice ...continues to paint the different shade over top of first coat and ..one layer top coat .... First time there, and the older gentleman that done my nails, couldn't get his head out of his ipad for playing a gambling game. My nails looked like BELL Shaped nails. Had to ask him twice to fix them. He used the nails that were too big for my nail beds, therefore they don't look good at all. The pedicure was great and given by a younger girl that was very nice and thorough. I won't be back due to the money spent for nails that will have to be taken off by another Salon and redone! I had been a loyal customer for 3 years until this past visit. First: I arrived at 9 am on Saturday morning for a mani/pedi with gel polish. I requested the Royal Pedicure. The lady told me they only do those later in the day because the stones are not hot. I informed her that for the past 3 years I had always had the Royal Pedicure at 9 am on Saturday. Her response, "No, you're wrong". Second: All of my gel polish came off of my toes the very next day. Very disappointed! Read Less

This is the type of nail shop that's more quantity based than quality based. I'm supposed to be going a vacation soon so I wanted to do nude toes with an ombré blue glitter French tip. Really not hard at all and the nail tech was like " that's a gel that changes color we don't have that" A quality business would try to offer you something else that they could do. She didn't even asked if I wanted a design I just have a basic pedicure. The deluxe package is $30 and was supposed to last 40 mins and at most it was probably 25-30. One great thing though was the foot rub and she popped my toes. The eyebrow waxing though was nothing admirable I knew when when. I have been getting my nails serviced for the better part of 10+ years and have frequented many salons all over this great country and overseas....So I have to give kudos where it's due....this spot rocks! I have never had two technicians work on my nails simultaneously for the better part of my visit before. The technician working on my pedicure was sooo efficient and quick! He didn't make any painting mistakes, like so many do when trying to get customers in and out. My manicurist was awesome as well. Mr. Suave is what I nicknamed him!!!! Before I knew it I was finished with a satisfied smile. I will definitely revisit. They can have my money and tips any day with the type of service I experienced!!!! Greatness! Read Less

I've been going here for a while. By far the best nail place in Prattville. I moved but I come back from time to time as today and always come when I'm in town. Good prices and great pedicures. Pretty clean. I wish they offered SNS nails (best thing ever) and I did have a little damage after receiving gel nails here a lot, but that's with any gel nails anywhere, which is why I do SNS nails now. Overall though I really like it here and would for sure continue to go if I was still in Prattville. Read Less
