I wish I could comment about their ability to do nails, but I can't. But I can tell you they are definitley lacking in customer service. In no way am I looking for sympathy here, but I just want to share my experience. Last Christmas, 2016, I was given a gift certificate to Galaxy Nails. In January I was diagnosed with breast cancer. While going through treatments, my doctor said that I was to not visit nail salons because of the way chemo effected my nails not to mention the exposure to germs. Plus, I simply physically was unable to go. Long story short, the gift certificate expired in November. I called today and the person I spoke to over the phone wouldn't even consider honoring it. As a matter of fact, they were pretty rude about it even after explaining my story. Did the money expire that was paid to purchase the certificate? NO!!! I just hate that the person who purchased the certificate pretty much wasted their money. Just very disappointing and I will NEVER visit this salon now or recommend anyone else to. I have been going here ever since they opened up this location. I have always gotten great service for manicures, pedicure, eye brow waxing, you name it. I especially like the new gel polish because it lasts weeks at a time, and it changes colors with temperature change. My advice though is get there early or make an appointment. They fill up fast, and the wait can be longer. Read Less

Horrible horrible service. We had accidentally spilt our water while waiting over 30 Mins which they said would be 15 Mins And had asked for a towel or some paper towels and the guy took a dirty towel off of the girls feet that he was doing a pedicure on and threw it at us for us to clean the floor up with it. I've been going to Galaxy Nails for a few years. I loved Wendy's work, but for the last few times, even with an appointment, the wait has been horrible! Today I walked in and was told to take a seat at a station. Waited for a good 20 minutes before I was told to come back later because another customer had come in and said that she had an appointment. I told the tech that when I make an appointment, I always have to wait 45 minutes to an hour and then have to wait after my pe...dicure has started so my tech can go wait on other customers, while she's waiting on me. Get it together, Nail Galaxy, and start writing appointments down so you can track who has an appointment and who doesn't. Once I had an appointment, and the tech started my pedicure and two customers walked in, a mom and daughter. The tech makes me wait, in the middle of the pedicure, so that the mom and daughter can get finished up together. By the way, I tip very well. I've been going to this location for over a year and I hardly ever receive over-the-top service. Just today I was there and while I was getting my nails done not once did the technician ask me how my day was, whether I worked or not, etc, while two people came in and to the desk and were asked how they were doing, if they worked or they were off today. I even got lucky today I walked in the door and was able to be seen right away but usually I can walk in have to have a seat and wait almost an hour before I even get called to a chair. The prices seem to change all the time, and they never explain why they are being made. This place will make you feel like you're more of an inconvenience to them then someone who is actually putting money in their pockets, paying their bills, etc.. I would definitely use caution entertaining the thought of using this nail salon. Read Less

Very professional group of workers..they always greet you with kindness..the last two times I've gone my nails have looked horrible the next day..I went back and asked the issue be corrected..without hesitation they repair my nails free of charge..they are such great people I can't even get mad...I would definitely recommend galaxy nails to anyone..You guys rock!!! This was the worst service ever. My nails had no shape. Some were round and some were square. They were filed uneven and the guy messed up my gel nails. He tried 3 times to try to fix it but couldn't. It looked like caked up polish. I had polish all over my hand that he couldn't get off. Never coming back. Read Less

I just sat there for 45 minutes waiting for a pedicure. People came in after me and were waited on. They may have had an appointment, but not once was anything said to me. I stood up, picked up my things and walked out the door with not even a word. They will never get my business again. Read Less

My pregnant friend and I came and got the basic pedicure. A young man with blue hair did both of our pedicures. The basic pedicure contains a massage and a heated towel application. My friend didn't get either of them. So then I ask about it and he says "so you want deluxe?". I said no the basic has a massage and heated towels but she didn't get either. He then proceeded with mine not acknowledging my friend didn't get her full service. While doing my massage he only massaged my left leg...didn't even attempt the right?!?!?!? I then asked for a French pedicure and it was terrible so I asked him to remove it and just paint them the pink my friend had. This was my first and last time coming here. I love going here now that Andy has started working here! I used to come here since it was close to home and the work was good but he has just pushed this place from good to great. His work is good and fast and he can do designs which is a huge bonus for me. Super happy with how he waxed my eyebrows also. I highly recommend asking for him when you go in. He is a lot of fun to talk to and makes the whole experience much more pleasant. Read Less
