Friendly staff, felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, as a walk-in I might add, and first time customer. They didn't charge an arm and leg, and they seem to really enjoy the type of work they do.

I got a vintage old hollywood hair with the curling iron front and back for $20 plus tip. I was surprised she even let me come in since I inquired last minute. My stylist was kind and cheerfully chatty. The stylists rent booths at this salon sp they set their own prices. Highly recommend!

I went in to get a haircut via recommendation from a coworker. The "stylist" absolutely butchered my hair. She kept checking the clock every 5 minutes talking about, "I have to pick up my kids at 5:45...
I went in to get a haircut via recommendation from a coworker. The "stylist" absolutely butchered my hair. She kept checking the clock every 5 minutes talking about, "I have to pick up my kids at 5:45." She rushed the job and gave me the absolute worst haircut of my entire life. I called the next day and told the manager about my experience and she insisted I come back in and get it fixed, which was nice, but the damage had been done. Even after a fix up I'm still stuck with this cut... don't get me wrong I'm a really understanding person, but this stylist should not be allowed work on hair. The gesture from the manager/owner to fix it was nice, but I still wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. -Ash

Brooke Corley used to work for me in Tallahassee, FL and now she works at The Hair Place. Brooke is a Master at hair and waxing. Brooke had a great clientele here in Florida as I'm sure she does in Phenix City. Brooke is knowledgeable on so many product lines and techniques. I trusted Brooke with all my hair and waxing needs and I would recommend her to anyone! Not only is she highly skilled and trained in cosmetology but shes a great person. Go see Brooke for amazing hair!!
