The best place for a pedicure. VERY clean and a beautiful, soothing atmosphere. The massage chairs are in excellent condition and give a really nice massage. The technicians are well trained and very gentle. They take their time to give fantastic massages and I love the orange sugar scrub they rub on your legs. Huge selection of fresh bottles of nail polish with just about any color you could imagine. This place is popular and can get busy at times so I recommend making an appointment. It's worth it! Model Nails has been my go to salon for about 4 years now. I got there about 1015am, thinking, it's early I'll be in & out. To my surprise, 5 techs were with clients , 3 clients waiting. I thought I could go run my errands & come back later. After a few minutes I got into a pedi chair to relax. The technician (cant remember her name) came to start my services after a short time. She was very polite, talked just enough. She even asked if she was too rough, some are She also did my manicure & suggested a nice pale neutral color that she thought I'd like, I did. Sorry Ass Staff.. There is no shine to your nails, All she's good at is designs only... Yes You Tracy! And they are Lazy as hell ! The floors are never vaccumed when you walk through the building.. Maybe some areas are clean. Read Less

I gave this place several changes to redeem them selves how ever they do not value thier customers at all. The owner is dry, u professional and provides poor service. I experience nails which broke so easily eith in days. I also went for a pedicure. My toe nails were painted as if a child it the owner was more concerned about taking a smoke brake and didn't clean the polish from my cuticles. Don't waste your money at this place!!!!!!! Tracey is the only one there that does some what a good job!!!! They are very slow!!! It took her two hours to get to me! She has to take care of her kids first! When you run a business you need to make other arrangements for your kids to be!!! Also, Tracey is always on the phone!!!!!!!! Also, this place is very nasty!!!! If had animals I wouldn't let them step foot In there on that nasty floor and tables!!!!!!!!! I would rather drive to Atlanta before I go back to this place! I just left here and I love my nails. The walk-in part was quite lol. I wasn't greeted initially, but everyone seem pleasant after I was asked what services were needed. I had a very positive experience. Was my first time there. The tech that did my pedi was polite and professional. The message chair was heavenly!!! The tech that did my nails completely nailed the look I was going for!! I showed him two different pics but he got it down pact. Im not one to bash any place but these people are Very rude and you may want to watch who and what you talk about because you never know who is fluent in other languages we have people ask in our hair salon to recommend a nail salon all the time and this would be my last recommendation! I would never treat or look at or talk about a costumer that came in with kids the way they all did! not to mention my kids watched a movie the whole time and were complemented on their behavior by several other customers and also Not to mention my nails are terrible. Just tried to schedule my daughters birthday party there and the owner said that he would not give me a set rate per child and instead planned to charge me based on the child's appearance. He said if the child was too big he would charge the price of an adult.
