Very disappointed I came in for a pedicure and all they did was put my feet in the water cut nails down and barely scrub my feet they didnt remove anything from around the nails or anything.
The owner contacted me to make it right, I was very pleased after I came back it was one of the best pedicures I've ever had and very thorough the enployee that took care of me was very kind I will definitely come back and recommend them.

I come to this nail salon often and Came in an hour before they closed today. They asked me what I wanted and then turned me away and told me that they were about to leave and didn’t have time for me....
I come to this nail salon often and Came in an hour before they closed today. They asked me what I wanted and then turned me away and told me that they were about to leave and didn’t have time for me. Poor service and they obviously don’t need my business.

I was a walk in but they took me right away. Nail technician did a wonderful job with the pink and white manicure I requested. Will definitely be going back.

I love this place. They work hard to take care of everyone who walks in their doors, regardless of how busy they are. Anyone nail tech I get gives a thorough, relaxing pedicure.

I came in and was greeted by Ben. I'd never had my feet done before and being prior military I thought I wouldn't be able to get anything done to them. Sandra and Candance have helped me the times I've came in and I will continue to come back. They are always fun and the environment is pleasant to be in. Will always come here before anywhere else.

First, the facility is beautiful and the staff was really friendly. I came I'm to get my current gel nail removed and my nails redone. I didn't get the ladies name that did my nails but she was really really rough. There are several places where she broke my skin with the nail file, the worst is on my pinky. She cut my cuticle open with the buffer! It actually bled. When I reacted I was surprised but she was apologetic so I was nice. Later in the process she poured nail polish remover over my fingers and actually "shh'ed" me when I said ouch! That really upset me, but I continued to smile. My kids were with me and I didn't want to cause a scene. My nails are beautiful but my hands are really sore today (got them done yesterday) and she still charged me full price! I should have talked to a manager while I was in there but the nail tech made me feel like I couldn't.

Went in to get my nails done, and left so disappointed!! The guy acted like he was in such a hurry, and took no time hear what I wanted. Kept going on about getting gell nails, so i decided i would get them, because he said he wouldn't do the design i wanted. Then my nails were so crooked. They look awful! Every nail is sideways. I have NEVER been so disappointed before... EVER.

Worst place I have ever been to. They cut 3 of my toes really bad and rushed my service. I paid $50 for service that the lady did a bad job. Now I'm probably gonna have to get my foot looked at by a doctor. When I went to talk to them about it they wanted to give me $30 gift card.Really? Then he up it to $40 after I argued with him. I paid $50 and why would I come back. All I wanted was a refund and you want me to come back and tell me will try to not let the same person do it again. That is some crap.

GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! I got my best gel manicure from Lily at KL Nail Spa in Phenix City. She was meticulous and ensured that the polish was applied neatly like a true professional. It's almost been a week and not even one corner has began to lift or peel. The gel mani is only $25 and if you're military, they offer a discount.I can't recommend them enough. Excellent, swift and clean service and extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

First, the facility is beautiful and the staff was really friendly. I came I'm to get my current gel nail removed and my nails redone.
