The nail technician was very rough and did not take her time to pay attention to detail. She clipped down my actual real nails I asked to just trim down. I called and asked for prices. When I got there and got the manicure they charged be over what they said. After I told them I called and asked prices they told me it was because I got "the good nail polish". It literally did even last a week on my nails before it chipped and completely came off. Walked in here today after work around 2pm. I signed in and sat down after telling them that I was there for just brows. 20 mins later another lady walks in for the same and she was told to sit in the back that the brow lady left a while ago! can't say I have complaints about the services themselves because I'm truthfully not picky at all BUT I will never go back to this location again. I went in for a basic $10 manicure, probably takes 15 minutes and the shop was dead it was a slow day. I tried to make conversation with the girl with piercings and she seemed uninterested so I stopped, shortyly after she began texting on her cell phone pausing on my manicure every couple of seconds and then she got a phone call which she answered and talked the rest of the way through my manicure and when we I was finished she went straight to the back on the phone, I've also had my eyebrows done here where the woman had the phone on speaker calling someone and once they answered she just talked to them out loud on the speaker phone as she was in my face doing my eyebrows, my last time at the location I had a pedicure and the girl doing mine talked to entire time to the piercings girl who was doing a pedicure next to me they just carried on a conversation and even were complaining about their jobs like really just out loud in front of customers and the girl working on me answered her cell phone and whomever called her must of asked what she was doing she said giving a pedicure and the person must of said they will call back or whatever and the chick was like oh no I can talk I seriously almost just got up and left, anyway she barely put any effort in the pedicure I am so disgusted with this like can you just not be on your cell phones for a 15-30 minute service!? I KNOW remember why I don't go here anymore. It is conveniently looked like 2 mins from my apartment complex and I don't go for nails or toes often but I do get my eyebrows done about every 3 weeks or so and that lady who does eye brows is maybe disgruntle? She puts hot wax on you, she is rough and she mainly shapes with a razor. I could have done that myself at home! I'd rather drive 20 mins away then the 2 for that. Never again! Read Less
