The service is not nearly as good as when we first started going. Tam doesn't seem to care about quality like she did when I first started coming. I had the same experience as the other reviewer. Tam doesn't clean all the old stuff off your nails before she redoes them with the new powder. She just covers over the old stuff that doesn't come all the way off because she doesn't take the time to soak them long enough. That was never a problem before. My sister says that's why she only goes every once in a while for the pedicure by Tam's husband and she doesn't get her nails done there unless she has no other choice and her daugher and daughter's friend are both looking for a new shop because they're not satisfied with how things have gotten. She says that when they leave, the powdered nails look so uneven and rushed. They need to get back on track and provide the same service as before. Tam seems burnt out. Read Less

I used to love this shop. When I first started going, the service was outstanding. Now, Tam just doesn't give the great service she used to. & it's the same bad service now even if there's only 1 customer in the shop. A close relative of mine stopped going and when I asked her why she stopped as well as 3 other ladies that went as frequent as I did, they all had the same complaints. The work has gotten sloppy when it was so good before. Some complained that old powder or gel was left on their nails for a new nail job. Others said the powder nails looked warped and uneven. I have the SAME COMPLAINTS. It's just a messy job now when I get my nails done there. It's so disappointing because it's a very convenient shop and if the service was as good as before, I would continue to go. I was even told that if I got the powder nails instead of the gel nails with manicure, the price would be the same... $35.00. I was even charged $35 the times I've gotten the powder and manicure. Now I'm told that it's $45 when I want a manicure with the powder. With all the people I've been hearing complain, I don't think it will be long before they end up with very few customers. I have had a great experience there.. Tam is the best. She is always booked so you need to make an appointment. She does a very professional job and takes her time, especially with pedicures. My nail service was really good and my nails look great, but I called before hand to ask about the price for an SNS manicure and was told it was $30, but was charged $40. When I explained that I was told $30, I was still required to pay $40 and really felt like I had just been scammed. So long story short, my nails look great but I would definitely triple check the price before you have them do your nails completely. Read Less

I have gone twice to this nail salon and both times I have received an excellent manicure. The 2nd time I went I was told about the SNS nail system which is where they dip your nails instead of applying the acrylic. The end results were gorgeous! I am now hooked on this style of manicure. I visited this salon on 7/16 and got a new set of SNS nails and a Pedicure.  Great color selection, the salon was clean, prices were normal, service 7/10.  Not sure if I was supposed to get offered a beverage..I did not. I had a male do my nails, not sure of his name.  At the salon where I normally get my SNS nails, before they dip my nail into color, they dip my nails into a white powder base [primer?foundation? Im not sure what it is..] I have never had issues with my nails breaking OR lifting at my usual salon and I have extended my SNS set up to three weeks.  At this salon, it has not been TWO full weeks and I have had a nail chip [thumb] at the ends, leaving a piece of my real nail exposed and I have had several nails that have started to lift. I am sure at-least one nail will break off very soon. How disappointing. The pedicure...I got the "Happy" pedicure or whatever it is called.  It was okay. Usually when I am getting a pedicure I enjoy the massage chair and sugar/salt scrub the most.  This salon seemed to have watered down their scrub so it was not very rough at all.  It was kind of like the face washes with the micro exfoliating beads...useless for my legs.  Also, the massages were very short. Maybe about one minute each. When I find salon that I like I usually stick with them because well....I like them. I only ventured to this salon because I read that they have a nice amount of SNS colors. I do think they had a promotion going on so maybe $5-10 was knocked off of my price.  Paid $80 total for SNS set, happy pedi, and tip.  Will not revisit. Read Less

After going to two different nail salons before finding this one, I can say I'll definitely be returning here! The prices were great and the work was fantastic! Plus they are running a $20 spa pedicure special and my feet have never looked so good! Very pleased! Read Less

This is an excellent nail shop. It is very clean, and the young husband and wife team who own it are very nice! The wife is particularly meticulous and takes a long time with your nails, getting them perfect! I go out of my way to go to BB when I could use several other shops a good bit closer.
