Waited over an hour just to be seated and then my nails have huge bubbles in them. When I asked for them to get the glue from the underside of my nails they told me that there wasn't any under there. I will not be returning.

It took an hour and a half for someone to finally start my pedicure. After two and a half hours, I was able to leave. Spent $33 on a regular pedicure with acrylic on my big toe. Acrylic nail does not match up in length to other nail and when I mentioned it, the guy said it was the same length (I ended up just believing him because I couldn’t see since they moved me from the pedicure chair to the front to do the acrylic??). But after leaving, I can tell it definitely does not match. Nail on other big toe was cut slanted and polish was left all on the skin. I thought after reading the reviews, this would be a really great nail salon but I’m very disappointed. Will likely go to another place tomorrow to get the acrylic lengthened and will not return to this salon.

This place is really great. It was my first time here and I had almost no wait. I got a gel manicure for the first time and my nail tech was very helpful about informing me about the process and helping me pick a color. And I was super surprised by how quick it was! My only issue was more of a communication one when I was asked what I was getting and answered gel manicure thinking there was only the one kind so I was charged for a gel manicure when I really had only wanted a gel polish. Not a huge issue( about a 10.00 difference) but something to communicate better in the future on both our parts. Will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! I stopped here on the way to Gadsden for the Thanksgiving holiday. I just needed a gel manicure and they got me in and out. I didn't have one complaint about anything from the quality of the service to the hospitality. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be back anytime that I'm in the area.

Favorite place to go! It doesn't have that strong chemical smell most nail salons have, plus they can fit a party of five side-by-side when you want to enjoy a girls day with your lady friends. They also have a rewards card~ which is a nice perk. I've been going here for 2 years now, and they don't disappoint! Always a lot of colors to choose from, and friendly staff!

This is the only nail place I go to after trying several other places this was the only place that could shape my nails correctly without me having to tell them to fix it. And it's the only place where my nails actually lasted and do not fall off before I am due for a fill in. I ALWAYS request TD. All techs here are talented but it's like he reads my mind. Lol. Definitely my favorite nail spa. Plus they have free wine.

AWFUL, do not go! A man named Simon did my pedicure in August 2016,;he cut my toenails so inward my big toes throbbed for a month. Asian people do not have a license from an accredited American beauty...
AWFUL, do not go! A man named Simon did my pedicure in August 2016,;he cut my toenails so inward my big toes throbbed for a month. Asian people do not have a license from an accredited American beauty school. The state of Alabama accepts whatever license they have from a foreign country.
I am having trouble with my toenails for the first time in my life, I am 57. I will never use another person who is not American trained and licensed.

I've gone to the same nail lady for 20+ years and now have to find a new one since I recently moved. I found this place by an online search. Angelina is great! I'm so glad I was able to find someone that can do my nails the way I like. I have to admit I'm picky! She did a fabulous job.

I went to the salon to get SNS Nails. It was a horrible experiencd. First of all I had dried sticky solution all over my fingers. My nails are thick and coming lose. I was charged an outrageous price....
I went to the salon to get SNS Nails. It was a horrible experiencd. First of all I had dried sticky solution all over my fingers. My nails are thick and coming lose. I was charged an outrageous price. I have gotten SNS nails many times at other salons and never paid more than $22.00. I will NEVER go back to that salon. I have recently moved to this area and was looking for a new nail salon. This is not the one. Disappointed, I feel like my time and money was wasted.

Our first time visit at Queen. Me for pedicure, Wife for manicure. Our Anniversary treat. We chose Queen based on Yelp reviews Many other salons in Anniston/Oxford area but reviews were good and location was convenient. We were both pleased and will return. Wife loves her nails so far, and I loved my pedicure. Girl did a terrific job. I can only afford it couple times a year so it needs to be good and regarded as a treat. Last one was in Florida last March, 2016.

Wow! I'm from out of town and heard from local ladies that this is great place. It was! Professional, clean, friendly salon. Pedicure was amazing... Foot/leg massage was extensive and wonderful. Mani was perfect... I have recommended it to several others.

It took an hour and a half for someone to finally start my pedicure. After two and a half hours, I was able to leave. Spent $33 on a regular pedicure with acrylic on my big toe. This is the only nail place I go to after trying several other places this was the only place that could shape my nails correctly without me having to tell them to fix it.
