I just move here from Birmingham Alabama and I was looking for a great salon to call my home. The owner was very rude when I walked in he talked about how my current nails look bad and talked about how he would never recommend getting SNS to the customer that he was working on. I waited for his wife to do my nails. The SNS job with her was horrible. I at least liked my nails when I left the other nail salon. I could not tell how bad my nails were until I got outside in better lighting and they were awful. I tried to tell him that maybe he should use the light that they use for the gel polish as a better drying mechanism than the fan to dry them but he said that that was crazy. My nails were lumpy not shiny at all and cracking and peeling within a 24 hour time span. I never wasted $45 this quick in my life. Bad lighting so I couldn't really see what my nails looked like until I left & my nails look horrible! I got a full set, they are lumpy & look like they already need to be filled in as well as looking like a child painted them. I will not be returning & wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Nailed it!!! Literally. I moved to Alabama 3 years ago from Michigan, the worst part of moving is finding new hair stylist, nail tech etc... I've tried over 12 nail salons and almost gave up hope until now. As soon as I walked in the Pink Nail Bar I was excited, the design of the shop is super cute and I could pick up on the professionalism right away. These women know how to provide great customer service!! Not only are these ladies super talented they also know how to treat customers. They have an amazing list of services to choose from and the biggest gel polish selection I've ever seen. I got the rocker nail mani and a jello shot pedi that I fell punch drunk in love with right away!! My daughter also got a pedi and a full set for prom, we showed the nail artist a picture we found on pinterest and the end result was even better. Too good to be true right??? I wanted to give 0 stars, but it wouldnt let me. Pink Nail Bar in Oxford, AL was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The young man working there was great, but they charged me $20 for my 2 yr old to get her toenails painted, then proceded to tell me I was charged $20 because I ordered a pedicure for her. All they did was stick her feet in a cheap plastic bucket full of luke earm water for 5 min. Who orders a pedicure for a 2 year old?!?!?!!? NOT this momma! The little girl working the front desk has no professionalism or work ethic and was quite rude when I confronted her about the situation. I spoke with the manager and she was defensive and just as rude as the young lady at the front desk. I will never waist my money there again and if you're smart you wouldn't either. The WORST MOST UNKNOWABLE nail salon I have ever been to. They have no idea how to do nails. I thought to gas to pass a test to be able to do nails. The staff is rude, they don't want to do what you ask and went as far as even saying no they weren't going to do what I asked. HORRIBLE business! I went friday to get my lashes done for a wedding on saturday and by 2 a.m. saturday morning several lashes had fell off. I went in to have them fixed on saturday before the wedding and they had an attitude and said that she was too busy to fix them. The lashes looked so horrible to go to the wedding I took the other few pieces off and went in later to get them fixed. The girl who do the lashes wanted to charge me full price to do them. Then she still charged my card $20.00. In a business, customers are always right and they need to learn that to remain successful. Stay away from pink nail bar. WASTE OF MONEY. Read Less

The pedicure I got was the best I have ever had! My polish stayed chip-free for over a month. This is a great place for a mani/pedi. I haven't had any other services done, but everyone is really friendly. However, I went to get my eyebrows waxed this weekend in the afternoon and they were so busy that my wait was 30-45 minutes. I decided not to wait so long. Hopefully more staff will be working in the future. I was waiting with 4 other women in the lobby and there were only about 3 technicians who were busy. Read Less
