Called asked for price on full set acrylic nails and acrylic toes for my daughter's prom. I was told the total price would be $54 on phone. Made the appt. We had a meeting to attend after. So, I allowed 1.5 for the service. Plenty of time at most salons. She was taken back immediately upon arrival, but still took over 2hrs for completion. Therefore, we were late to the mandatory meeting. Then, told upon checking out the total was $81 because the price over phone was just for painting the toes. The male technician who did my gel nail polish was abrupt and handled my hands aggressively. He kept insisting that I hold the just polished fingers up, I guess they were in his way. There seemed to be a mix up with another customers choice of polish, which my technician was involved. This seemed to make him more agrivated. I was at booth #9. I will not go back for any services. I got a fill in and VIP pedicure..the guy that did my fill in was rude. I asked for an menus to see other services they provided 3 times and he still didn't get me a menu. I told him that I was new here and I didn't know what they have he just shrugged it off.. I wanted a fill in with matte rose gold color.he continued showing me a gel gold color..I told him   No a rose gold and he proceeded to tell me it's the same thing..so I asked him to give clear. My pedicure was horrible he barely touched my feet. My feet still feel like they have dry skin on them. Instead of 45 min of messaging it felt like he just rubbed 3 different lotions on my feet. I was an avid Sun Nails customer. But one visit here and I haven't thought of going anywhere else. It is a bit pricey for the area we live in. But Stephen (Steven) is the only one I allow to do anything for me. Yes, they're busy.. But communication works both ways. Ask what days they're the least busiest. Don't bother. They were very busy, but I was told it wouldn't take long for a pedicure and a pink and white.  They sat me in a chair and I waited over 30 minutes for a pedicure - then they asked me to cash out and forgot about the nails.  At this point I was frustrated so I paid and left.  I will go elsewhere for the manicure. Nice salon, no strong odors in the air, no long wait time. Been there twice, first time the female tech stopped working on my nails and went to another customer, I had to wait 30 min., Next visit was great a male tech polite & attentive to his work. Nice spa and nail shop. They do try and persuade you into what you don't need...watch for that!! Read Less

This used to be my favorite nail salon- not anymore. My visit with them a couple of days ago was my last. My gel nails are already chipped and I left with rough skin still on my feet. My pedi massage wasn't what it used to be bc the guy barely was touching me! Not to mention I've been there 4 times over the last 2 months and there are never the same technicians. We had to explain 7 times to 3 different people my friend DID NOT want a manicure. #1 rule in customer service is: listen!!! Next, what happened to the prices??? Can someone explain to me why my pedi/mani gel was the same price as my friend's standard pedi? I would've paid more if I had not questioned them and she should've questioned them too. It's a shame to see what was once a decent nail salon go down the drain. I was already on the fence about going back since Andy, the owner, failed to give me my bridal manicure that I called and scheduled weeks in advance... oh, and also... next time I'd advise the technician not to stand over me while I write out the gratuity.
