Possibly the worst pedicure experience ever! Both me and my daughter left with MULTIPLE cuts on our toes because the nail techs were in such a rush that they kept cutting our skin while trimming our cuticles! I had to tell my nail tech to slow down after she cut me the first time because she was just snatching my skin! Then, both of them grabbed scalding hot towels and put them directly on our legs without cooling them first at all—practically burning our legs! Had to cut my own nails when I got home because she didnt cut nor file one of my big toes on the corner which was making a sore on my toe! (Never dreamed that she didnt even cut and file them correctly!) I will NEVER go to Top Nails again! Had been once before and had a decent experience but never go again! Zero stars!!! Read Less

If I could do zero stars I would. Called to see if they could take me for a manicure. Sure can you be here in 20 minutes and I said yes. Ask for Chris Was there about 5 min early, they told me to have a seat. Then Chris took another client. I waited about 20 minutes. No communication. I left and went across to another place. Horrible experience. The nail technician was spastic and didn't finish what she was doing before she moved onto the next thing. She tried to massage my hands and arms while my nails were still wet. She shoved me out of the way to throw her trash away while I was trying to put my trash in the trash. And the topper, she threw my purse in the wrong spot and walked off. Read Less

Broke 2 nails on vacatation (thursday) found salon  decided to get a refill so  none of my other nails would break too. I paid $40 for a solar refill and I am home (Thursday) and the same brand new nails they replaced have already fallen off and all of the ones I got refilled are lifting to... Horrible ! Read Less

I'm not sure what the issue was the day we were there. It was a Monday. There were 4 of us and only one of us got a decent pedicure. I had to ask the tech doing mine to get some of the polish off my toes and parts of my toe nails didn't even have polish on them when she finished. This was the case for 3 of the 4 in our group. I knew that tech doing mine wasn't doing a good job as I watched her. She was in a huge hurry. When we first got there we had to wait about 15 mins, which was not an issue at all. After they started our pedicures a few others intermittently came in asking about the wait time, but they were not packed at all. I will never go there again.Read Less

The worst manicure I have ever had. The nail tech who did my manicure didn't even cut my nails down, after asking him to do so.  I then pointed out that he hadn't filed my "jagged" nail. I had to tell him twice that the nail still wasn't smooth; it caught my dress and tore the next afternoon. My polish began chipping before I went to bed on Friday ( the day I had the mani/pedi). Kinda rough with my nails. I wish they would have been that rough on the bottom of my feet. My only major complaint is that they don't sterilize the tools in one of those machines and open a fresh pack. Idk what it's called but I'd rather not use clippers from a tub of blue water. This place is horrible! I came in from out of town & wanted to get a fill in. The prices were completely overrated. I paid 24$ for a fill in because the lady removed TWO of my nails when I told her NO. While working on my nails, she jumped from me to other people & that's not professional. Then two days later, my nail chipped. I already paid 24 bucks which is a whole new set! So I'm going back in there to get my nail fixed! I do not recommend this place to ANYBODY who has acrylic nails because they don't do a good job at all! If I could pick anything less than 1 star, I would! They don't even deserve a star!!!!! Probably one of the cleanest gel manicures I've ever had! This place is most certainly not a spa, so if you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere. However, they do a dang good job for a really great price. My gel manicure was done in less than an hour and was only $25. That is $5-$10 cheaper than most places back home. My mom and I stopped in while on vacation. We sat next to each other and had a fun time chatting with the two gals doing our nails. I got the gel nails and my mom had a regular manicure. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I would have paid much higher at home. I felt like it was clean and well taken care of. Our girls were delightful to chat with and made us feel cared for. This salon is horrible. Do not allow the men to work on your nails as they treat you like cattle! I came in with one inch nails and left with stubs.  They also change names so people can not find correct recommendation. Was down at the coast for a family wedding and three of us went in to get mani pedi. First they said they could take all three of us and put us in the massage chairs and we ended up soaking our feet for a good 15 mins before they started. That was OK, but what really resulted in this bad review was the fact that they kept jumping from us to other new walk-ins which made the whole experience take 30 mins longer than it should have and they even totally forgot about one person in our party so they only got a pedi.
