Went in for a standard manicure and pedicure with my friend, took about three hours to complete. The final result was acceptable. The unprofessionalism and time they stole from our vacation was not. This Behavior seems to emanate from the owner. The daughter of the owner was working on my friend's services. During our three-hour ordeal the owner called her daughter probably a dozen times from a casino in Biloxi because she want an opportunity to pick a name brand purse. Every time the phone rang service is halted, the call win on speakerphone and the chaos ensued.  The young woman who worked on my nails told me how nice I was. Said that most customers treated her poorly. I can see why. Extremely unprofessional. Would stop services to tell me about her personal life. Would file my nails while looking in a different direction engaging in dialogue with someone else. The Foot & Leg massage may as well been left off. She put zero effort into it barely a rub definitely not a massage. But I did have to hear repeatedly about how exhausted she was. The whole experience felt like a slumber party. I did not sign up for a slumber party I was paying to have my nails done. It was very very very cheap. But so is the experience and less than 48 hours later I'm noticing where on my nails. Probably because my nail tech was so distracted I had to remind her to put on a base coat/Bond before applying nail polish. We also got to learn that the owner's daughter went on a bender the night before and hadn't slept. That's pretty just concerning.  Overall the experience was pretty bad. We got our nails done for a pretty cheap price. But they stole time from our vacation in an area we will likely never be back again. The nail techs were extremely unprofessional, self-absorbed, immature. I highly recommend this owner revisit the fact that they have a business. Read Less

I was looking for a last minute nail place to get a mani before a wedding. The staff was SO nice and accommodating. They spent an hour trying to undo the acrylic from my last manicure that I didn't even know was on my nails and then they let me hang out after closing while I waited on my ride. AMAZING customer service. Funny and professional. Excellent foot massage, great technique. Traveling for business and this was the only place open on Labor Day.  They did a good job on a pedicure and the service was quick (albeit somewhat rushed). Nothing really stood out as being spectacular.  Just a regular nail salon. Price was slightly higher than I'm used to paying. Read Less

Really not sure how they have a 4.8 rating. Maybe I just got a bad person but it was the worse mani/pedi/eyebrow wax I have ever had. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails and one eyebrow is shorter than the other now!! Will not be back. Read Less

Do NOT go here! They do not use the correct method for curing gel nails,they won't stay on and these people will NOT refund! The owner was rude and placing blame on "oily nail beds or being in the water too much!" I had black gel nails put on and during the service my nail tech had issues with the paint bubbling and staying wet,I tried to explain she wasn't curing them long enough but she disagreed saying this was Their method (not counting down 60 seconds and doing one finge...r at a time going in and out of the light for each nail.) The tech proceeded to use a top coat to put over the messed up bubbly nail to smooth it out and said they will be fine. My nails were peeling off within hours of having them done. I called the next day and they offered to fix them,however being on vacation and because I had already spent hours there having a mani and pedi,did not want to spend another day correcting something with the same risk of it happening again! My daughters fingers and toenails also gel since my phoning in to them,also peeled,chipped and came off so I brought her in to show them and the owner wasn't even quiet long enough to hear my complaints about her-again rude saying regular polish will come off here with water and beach-I had to interrupt and over talk her to explain she had GEL not regular polish!! I went into the salon asking instead of correcting could we have a refund or even a gift cert (at least maybe someone could have benefitted) I was a great tipping customer who brought in 4people with me all who had gel manis and pedis as well! I was trying to be discreet and explain what had happened and was talked to and treated rudely! My daughter and I left with bare nails and empty pockets!! Gel should be on for at least 10 days! Can't say enough good things about this spot. It was my birthday, so after a long day of outlet mall stunting my family and I were looking for a quality nail place to get our mani pedi on (don't judge me bruh. You got your own issues if you're a grown man afraid to take care of himself in 2017). Anyway, we showed up shortly before closing after hearing about them here on Yelp, and prayed they'd be willing to take us on. And if you couldn't tell by the rating I gave, they clearly were. The owner and other technicians were so cool and excited to help us out that we instantly felt right at home. On top of that, the accommodations were clean, comfortable and relaxing. We rolled in, the team seated us immediately, and got to work. Further, after we asked and were informed they didn't serve champagne or alcohol in the salon, they were more than happy to direct us to a nearby liquor store where we could find some to enjoy while they worked. Once we'd grabbed the alcohol they also provided us with cups and made sure we were good for the rest of the service. Honestly the group was just a a complete pleasure to be around, and obviously very talented at what they do. Very disappointed. Hubby & I are "snow-birding" and both went to Lee for pedi's.  We are long-time regular pedi customers at home so we do know what to expect. Not at all a relaxing atmosphere here. Only one employee taking care of three clients, then another person (owner?) came in, which was a good thing since more clients kept coming. Minimal massage, minimal cuticle work. Entire selection of polish consisted of bottles well-used, only about 1/4-1/3 full, thick and gloppy.  I've never seen a salon continuing to use bottles in this condition. Tech thinned it down mid-pedi, but she had already been dabbing it on at that point (rather than applying in smooth strokes), so it was bubbly and very uneven. No quick-dry liquid in sight and no drying fans in the facility. Due to the thick, gloppy polish, and poor application, it still wasn't dry 45 minutes later and of course got smeared. I was vacationing and needed a full set put on. I picked this salon because it had good reviews. I was so disappointed. I have NEVER had such a bad job done on my nails. I was told it would be a 30 min wait. I said ok. 45 min later they finally got to me but were so rushed in doing my nails. The lady that did them was so sloppy. She got glue all over my hands and acrylic as well. She didn't file them very well. Some were crooked and had jagged edges. She also didn't paint them well at all. No wait at 930 right when they opened.  Establishment was clean and staff nice and friendly. I got a pedicure.  I don't remember the lady's name. She was about 20 with medium length brown hair.  Very nice.  1. The massage function on the chair worked (I hate when the massage chairs don't work!) 2. I usually prefer HOT water.  I'm from cooler climates and am currently pushing 6 months pregnant. The water was pretty hot but it felt bad on my feet so I asked them to make it cool which was a quick fix. I think my feet might be a bit swollen so the cool/cold water was awesome. It was almost immediately cooler when I asked and felt amazing.  3. We are on vacation and decided last minute to get mani pedis. Three of us walked in and all the chairs were full but the woman who greeted us let us know that everyone would be finished soon and we would get taken care of. Every employee worked quickly to make sure no one had to wait too long and they took turns doing different things to make the process go faster. They were so friendly and welcoming, more than any salon I've ever been to! I had a gel polish change on my already acrylic nails and they were very accommodating. This place was fantastic!!! Friendly service to everyone and not overpriced.  You can get a spa pedicure for $30 and French for $5 more.  They speak English the entire time and I can honestly say that I made friends with them!! Lee's Nails is your typical Asian-run nail salon. I visited on the Saturday before Labor Day and only had a very short wait. The guy who performed my pedicure was young and spoke perfect English. He did a good job, and my toes were left happy and pleased. They have a decent selection of polishes, including Opi and China Glaze. I love me some glitter on my toes! My husband came along since we had lunch plans right after, but unfortunately there is nowhere in the salon for him to sit unless he took up one the salon chairs. Read Less
