Love love love my set! Everyone was so friendly here. The place is cute and clean, plus it smells nice! Very clean and professional. I showed in a picture of what I wanted and there was no problem at all. They would put suggestions to what to add or change so I knew my options. It ended up so beautiful. This is the best set and service I've had in a long time. The design and style ACTUALLY match the picture and what was shown to me to add. So HAPPY. It is a little pricey, but it's pretty much a spa. It's worth it. Plus my set was so intricate with lots of designs and it was so FAST. She would ensure I liked it first before moving on to all my nails and making sure it was okay. I really wanted to love this place after reading all the great reviews but sadly for the price I paid it was barely a meh. I started out with a younger girl who was great but all of a sudden the woman next to me had several concerns/borderline complaints about the work the elder woman working on her was doing, so they switched and I got the older woman. I totally got the other's customer's complaints, the elder woman was terrible! And she didn't seem to speak English. She did...n't clip or file my nails, I had to point to my toes and mimic the actions. She just smiled and shrugged. She waved the callous grater across the bottom of my foot as if she was washing a window and never once touched the pumice stone. I paid a lot extra for a keratin treatment which she left on 1 foot for a total of 45 seconds and the other foot for 2 minutes. The massage consisted of petting one leg a few times as if she was petting a dog, and the other leg even less than that. No actual massage, no foot massage. I was feeling really jealous of the women on the other side of me who paid for a lesser service and were getting much better service. I didn't want to be rude but I was so grateful that the younger woman finished with the customer next to me and returned to me. I had to ask her to redo the callous work, cuticle clipping and to actually file my nails instead of just leaving the jagged cuts the elder woman made. The best part of the whole time was the delicious lavender smell that permeated the salon. Sadly the elder woman created a huge disservice to their business today. My heels and callouses are still rough and I'll have to redo the work again at home. For $45 I expect much better I'll give it one more try but if I get the elder woman again I'm outta there!! My regular place was closed so I gave this place a shot. SO glad I did! They actually started my pedi a few minutes before my appointment... when does that EVER happen?! She massaged my feet and legs instead of just lightly touching random spots on my feet like many places do! So impressed and love that I found this little gem.... I'll be back for sure! Read Less

I went in for a fill in. The manicurist did a great job on the fill in and shaping of the nails, but when it came to the polish, I was charged an extra $15 for gel Polish. She said it would last over 2 weeks. Well, after two,days it started chipping. I won't be back! Read Less

Awful...this was the worst eyebrow waxing experience of life. I told the lady I like to keep my eyebrows thick and all I wanted wad my eyebrows cleaned up.in stead she totally hacked them off. To where I barely have an eyebrow. The only reason I have one of my eyebrows is because I told the lady to just stop. So now I have one eyebrow that is mine and one that have to draw on. The lady proceeds to argue with me about how she kept them thick yet I am missing eyebrow instead of just apologizing for not following instructions. First, let me start out by saying you get what you pay for.  Magic Nails is very reasonably priced, but the quality of service is horrible.  I went there to have my nails manicured and to get my eyebrows and lip waxed.  Total cost $20.  Not bad right?  Yeah right!  The lady manicuring my nails looked bored beyond belief and rushed through the manicure in 11 minutes.  The nail polish looked slapped on and was missing in some spots.  Next came the waxing...wow!  The lady doing the waxing was talking on the phone in another language and had the phone pressed against her shoulder as she completed this delicate service. In the process, she managed to spit in my face!  Despite this, I let her finish...cause face it, who wants to walk out with just one eye brow done!  The wax was a little too hot and one eyebrow ended up being much thinner than the other.  Overall, a bad experience that I WILL NOT repeat.
