5 stars bc I love the pedicures, nail services and my eyebrows don’t have a arch and sandy always makes them looks like they have one. She’s great with eyelashes extension also. At times she can be in a aggravating mood but her service will still be a1. She’s human . I recently moved to Auburn and went to Long Nails for a gel manicure. In 6 days, the gel was pulling up from my nails and chipping. I went in to ask what their policy was (I expect my gel manicure to last at least 2 weeks) and was told it looks fine for the amount of time very dismissively. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told there wasn't an owner. When I spoke to a gentleman that was there when I came in and asked about the owner he pointed me to the woman who just told me there wasn't one. As a new customer you would think that someone could have said, "Well this is our policy but..." instead I was treated as though my business was not appreciated and then ignored. This place closes at 8. I went in a little after 7 to get a polish change on my toes. There were 4 people there getting serviced. No one spoke or anything. After sitting there for about 3 minutes she tells me that they're closed. I've been a customer for years but I refuse to go back after being treated like that. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time here. Read Less
