I got dipped powdered nails and they were hurting for about 5 days.....unusually. I called David, he was so nice about it that I almost didnt want to do a review but I had too. He told me to come back in. He fixed one. The next day I have more of my powdered dipped polish coming up from the bottom. This has never happened to me. He also broke my index finger nail which really pissed me off. He had to put a tip on it. Im really not please at all. I cannot go back EVER!!! Ill stick with boutique nail spa in auburn in Moore's mill rd. Nobody has anything on them when it comes to powdered dipped polish. They look super natural. Read Less

I had an awesome experience! So much so that i decided to take the time out to leave a review. This was the best mani/pedi I've ever gotten. I couldn't find a baby sitter so I had my 3 year old with me. They were very understanding and even let her put her feet in her own kiddie pedi tub. They had me in and out within 40-50 mins. BEWARE!! THIS PLACE IS UNQUALIFIED TO DO EYEBROWS !! My daughter went here to have them shape up her eyebrows and they took off half of her brow. Instead of being apologetic the young lady wanted to ruin the other eyebrow !&@ then on top of it they told my daughter they would call the police if she did not pay. It hurts my heart that not only would a place like this not try to retain a young college students business - but they also tried to threaten with the police ! PLEASE BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE QUALIFIED TO DO EYEBROWS AND BE CAREFUL WHO YOU SUPPORT ! I wasn't impressed. I went in to get mine and my daughters nails done as it's near our chiropractor. I told them I wanted shellac nails for both of us and picked out colors. They tried the entire time to up sell this and that and shamed me for not wanting a manicure or pedicure. The lady commented my eyebrows looked bad which I had a few extra hairs that needed to be plucked. I told the girl several times I went to ulta and got them done there. She kept saying to give them a ...try I would be happy. I ended up relenting. They wanted to do flowers on my daughters nails so I relented. I told them repeatedly it was my first time in there. They ended up putting this weird lotion on my hands and up my arms without asking me. I grabbed the bottle and read it had stuff both my daughter and I were allergic to. I asked them not to put it on my daughter but it was too late. They ended up wiping it off her hands with a warm wash cloth which was not effective I asked several times to just go to the bathroom to get it washed off. My nails looked fine let me add that. She tried to skimp and only do 2 coats which had lines showing through really bad, they would've looked better with a 4th coat it was just a dark color and not covering well. My daughters nails looked fine although the polish came off her thumbs the same day which was disappointing because the thumbs had the flowers I paid extra for in them and didn't last 12 hours. When she did my eyebrows she redipped the same applicator in the wax over and over I was so grossed out and not surprisingly I ended up with bumps all over where the wax was. They did this really creepy massage thing. I asked her to stop and told her it was hurting and I had just left my massage therapists and didn't need or want her massage. She didn't get the message and wouldn't stop. It was just terrible. I can tell you based off hygiene alone I wouldn't go back. But to get told I like my eye brows bad because I didn't like how she did them was just rude. Ulta does a fine job and is far more hygienic. I don't appreciate people talking back and forth the entire time in a language I don't understand. They were probably commenting about how Jew I was and how I like my eyebrows bad. That's fine. I'll take my money elsewhere. I ended up with bumps all over my face and both my daughter and I had an allergic reaction to the lotion she put on our skin. The nail techs were not dressed professionally.  Two nail techs had very short shorts, one with holes in shorts revealing her butt.  The staff was not customer service focused.  All staff talked among themselves in their language and did not interact with customers/clients.  Much room for improvement. They put hot pink ombré SNS on my nails instead of light pink and charged me for their mistake. I asked the man doing my nails why it looked funny and he could barely speak English saying he thinks it's the nail file. They were beyond rude and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Read Less

Please don't go here. I went for the first time today an it was awful, I waited for an hr just so someone could do me a fill in. When I was seated the guy only filed my nails an got up and walked off to help another customer that came in. So I had to wait another 20mins before they got to me. I asked for square nails when a lady came to assist me. But she decided to do them pointed after I told her I didn't won't them that way. When I asked what my total would be, she said because of the way she did them that it would be extra & I refused to pay extra when I didn't ask for what she did. So she proceeded to go on to say that my nails was pointed before she did them (which they weren't) & had the nerves to ask if I liked them. I told her no because it wasn't wat I asked for an that I would never return there again. Also got rude when I didn't tip her. I'm a college student recently moved from Oregon and Bothell Nails has been my go-to for stress relief and relaxation. The people there are so friendly and make me feel so comfortable. The pedicure was fine. I wanted clean painted nails and that's what I got. For the basic pedicure, or lowest level, there is basically no massage, so if that's what you came for then I suggest upgrading. The only thing that bothered me was the reuse of nail tools. You can tell the file was used on many other people and the other things they scrub your feet with didn't look exactly sanitized. I came here because it was a Sunday and I was in a crunch to have my nails painted and nothing else was open. It was fine for that purpose. Read Less

This was my first visit to this location i had very high hopes sadly this place was a waste of money. I wanted a Shellac manicure and a pedicure when i first arrived there was only one other person in the salon. Until 3 others walked in right after me..my pedicure went from relaxing to the fastest pedicure I've ever received. The manicure was the same as the pedicure while i observed one of the ladies who arrived after me get a hour long pedicure. I feel this was a complete waste of money not to mention Shellac is $25 and a Pedicure $20 but somehow it was $50? Generally at nail salons the sign that says the price includes everything so i was a bit annoyed to see the change. They told my best friends and I on the phone that it'd cost $25 for full set French tip. First of all. They moved one of my friends 4 times. Second of all the cost went up. I will never come back. For prom my senior year, I came to get a gel white-tip manicure. Two days later, the gel was peeling off and on one of my nails it was almost gone... only TWO days! I went back for them to fix it and they were NOT happy. I cannot speak whatever language they were speaking, but it was obvious that I was the topic of their conversation. Anyway, the dude that did my nails the first time re-did them, and saying that he "redid" them is definitely an understatement. He fixed the nail that the polish was off of and just put another gel clear coat over the rest. Well, alright I guess. The next day they were peeling off again. I didnt do any extra to make the gel polish do this. I left a bad review on their Facebook page, which I guess wasnt the best thing to do because... flash forward maybe 3 weeks and I desperately needed my eyebrows waxed. They are the only nail salon I know of that's open on Sundays so I went there to get a wax and they remembered me from my review. I swear they did. They were very, VERY rude. She waxed my eyebrows crooked on purpose and didn't even do a thorough job. Random hairs were everywhere. I had to go home and fix it myself, but it still didn't look right. It's spacious and inviting environment. The ambiance is more cheerful. There's no clutter and chemical smell making the salon look brighter and clean! This is by far the best Nail Salon I've been to. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I get my nails done by a girl, she is absolutely the best. She is rough with my feet and gentle with my hands. I absolutely love it. I leave feeling brand new. The place is exceptionally clean and organized. The staff here is very welcoming. The girl did my pedicure and she took her time and even double checked to make sure she'd properly cut my cuticles and covered the while nail. This used to be my favorite nail place. Loved that they didn't have a TV blaring, and the deluxe pedicure was always a real treat. Over the past few months, however , the overall quality of the salon seems to have gone down significantly. Broken pieces of massage chairs on the floor, too many nail desks shoved close to each other. There's just a general air of disarray that wasn't there before, and everything always looks messy. Soooo I only went here with my friend because it's the only nail place that I know of open on Sunday. So the service started out okay. We were taken back quickly. Pedicures were massage was good but not the best I've had and I've been many places and it seemed that they didn't pay attention to detail and didn't spend any time on the parts that made the pedicure "Deluxe" so that disappointing. Now we moved over to get gel manicures I told him my middle nail was broken so he would have to cut it shorter which he didn't and just started the manicure over a broken nail. He seemed to so 30 coats of the gel polish wish is fine I like it dark but once again I've had many gel manicures from Many different places and there was no rhyme or reason to how he was performing my manicure and he was very rushed my fingers were under the light for maybe 30 seconds the whole service. And my hands werent under the light an  even number of times he pained a final coat on one hand and it went under the light and then he painted the last coat on the other hand then went straight to spraying them with that stuff and I was like does this one need to go under the light and he was like no it's good enough. Well apparently it wasn't good enough he filed the hell out of my nails after the polish was done leaving a mess under my nails and it lifting up on the edges. They looked fine though when I went to pay so I didn't worry about it. But sure enough 4 days later and 5 nails have completely come off and the others are lifting off. And I don't do anything out of the ordinary with my fingers. So upset and going to get my money back. Do not go here. Worst experience ever. Read Less

Awful salon. Food laying on the floor Awful service. I got a full set and they just look flat no natural shape at all. They only put one coat of nail polish so they looked awful I had to return to the salon for them to put another coat on because of how awful they looked in the sun. Also I've never left a salon with acrylic all over my fingers. I'm on vacation and I just can't wait to get home to get my nails fixed by someone who actually knows how to do nails properly. If a bacterial infection is what your looking for, then look no further! This place lacks some serious hygiene standards that puts it's consumers at risk! Appox 24 hours after leaving this place I developed a rash on my leg that had doubled in size in the 24 hours. I notified the salon manager and was told that it was impossible that it came from that salon, and that he would have to talk to his insurance and lawyer before he did anything to help me! So now I'm stuck with Dr bills and prescription co payments. Just do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. Read Less
