First off I absolutely hate giving bad reviews definitely when it's a family owned business but this place is probably one of the worse nail places I've been to. The guy here was really nice and well mannered but the lady was very rude. She did my nails and they turned out to be nothing of what I asked for. On top of that she was very rough and was yanking on my hands. She was in a hurry and smudged 2 nails and didn't even fix them and told me i was good to go... She had me leave and my nails were still wet and now every single one is smudged cause I couldn't stay and dry them. I'm guessing that's why she made me pay before they were even painted. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone but maybe she was just having a bad day who knows. Not a place that should have "professionals" on their cards. Read Less

The first time I came here, the job was done perfectly. This past time, the woman did not understand what I wanted, which I was fine with me, and I was willing to be patient. But when I tried to explain again, she got very upset and told me that's not what I asked her for and charged me $40 for white tip acrylics. Which was not what I wanted. I asked for regular acrylics painted white. She did not give me what I wanted and over charged me by about $20 for a mediocre job. The nails are uneven and don't look right, besides not even being what I asked for and after I tried to explain, she started being very rough. I wouldn't be so upset if it were a simple matter of language barrier, but I even tried to re-explain something very simple and she still didn't give me what I wanted and acted like she was frustrated with me.
