worse experience ever, this was my first and last time going to this salon, went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax, ok I waited about 15-20 minutes, which was ok with me, got my pedicure and I paid for both services, which was 37.00 but he only charged me 32.00, wanted to run my card again, or leave him a 7.00 tip to make up the difference, it wasn't my fault he under charged me, so I ask for a refund for the eyebrow wax, and I was told it will be back on my card right away, but it wasnt, it's going to be 3 days, but I didn't get an apology or anything, I'm not from here, but every since I moved here there has been nothing but rudeness and poor customer service, at almost every business I spend my money at. I don't recommend this nail salon.  Cleanliness: very dirtyCustomer service: okQuality of service: poorThe nail station I was at was very dirty.  It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month or more.  The rest of the salon was dirty as well.I went here because I was already in the area and needed someone to take my gel nail polish off.  I didn't want it filled in, I just wanted it soaked off.  The woman asked several times if I wanted it filled in.  I had to keep telling her no, that I just wanted it removed.  Then she used a fake nail to pry my gel polish off! Who does that? I could have done that myself for free and with less pain.She kept asking if I wanted a manicure and kept telling me I needed a manicure or gel polish because my nails would be weak after removing the gel polish.  I simply wanted my nails to breathe, free of any polish.  When she finished ripping the polish off using a fake nail, my finger nails did look bad, so I asked her to paint them with regular nail polish.  She gave me a full manicure.  The quality of the nail polish was awful.  It was watery and took longer than usual to dry, even after I had my nails under the drying light for 5-10 minutes.The unique draw of this salon is that they give every customer a piece of cheap, plastic jewelry for free. They do a good job and they used to give you a gift of jewelry or purse when you had a manicure or pedicure. I stopped going when on several Sundays they failed to show up and open the business (their sign states they are open on Sundays). Read Less

First visit was great I had no complaints so I went back... service was amazing so naturally I went back. This time I got the deluxe just as before. The guy massaged my legs for maybe 2 minutes, was kinda rude. I thought well I need to get my eyebrows waxed so I went back again and this time my service was ok but one lady came in at 6:30 and the tech walked up to her and said you want pedicure fill in and wax? You came in too late I have to leave at 8 and I only have time to do one of those things for you and your eyebrows. This is at 7:15. Not the customers fault she had to wait patiently for 45 min... First off I found out they have a health score is a 60 but that doesn't account for their customer service. They fucked up my nails one day. I called and asked them to redo it they scheduled me at 9 am then i get there and they have a lot of people they are doing and even does another lady who came after me before me. Came to Alabama from Maryland  to visit family and messed my nails in the process smh. Googled nail salons stopped at two (that had excallent Google reviews yet horrible customer service) before I found this one. Walked in and was serviced right away I got a manicure with gel polish. The nice lady did my manicure and her husband who sits right next to her polished and designed my nails. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and the way they are polished and I don't particularly care for real elaborate designs. My nails came out perfect. To top it off on my way out the lady who did my manicure gave me a scarf for free! Everyone was so nice I forgot to tip! Read Less
