Sat down and started, I started having a conversation with the woman sitting next to me, I look down and she put a flower, which I didn't ask for, and then started adding in all these other colors and added swirls around it. I told her to stop that's not what I asked for. She said "oh you like" I said no I don't. This isnt what I told you to do. And she just acted like she understood nothing I said to her. Great service and very nice people. An older lady serviced me. She was very nice. I got nails removed then manicured and then hands and toes polished. The only thing was she wasn't a good nail polish but overall the service and atmosphere was great. I Will definitely go back Read Less

I loved this place until they ripped my daughter's nails off down to the MEAT!!! And tried to justify it by saying she has thin nails.... pictures in the comments! Beyond pissed off not to mention the pain my daughter was in!! THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY!! Read Less

Came in for a basic manicure and explained that I want them cut down even and shaped up with a clear coat. Had to stop her from polishing to ask if she was going to file them and smooth out the edges she tried to leave me with! Then she went straight to polishing after she filed! I had to wash my hands and scrub the dust out from around and under my nails afterwards because she left the dust from filing them on my nails. So disappointed and angry! Avoid at all cost. Horrible. Came into town on vacation and decided to get my gel nails redone. Should have waited until I got home. Bad decision to go here. Within 24 hours   my nails are already breaking and chipping. Pictures worth a thousand words. Read Less

i am always happy with the work they do!! everytime i go here my nails stay on longer than any other nail place. I used this salon for Gel nail polish on the hands and regular nail polish on the toes. The service was quick and good. The only issue is that they didn't seem that familiar with the gel nail colors. For instance, they told me that a gel color equivalent of a polish I chose was in the red bottle. The color turned out to be pink and had to be painted over with another color which took even more time since gel polish has to dry with a UV light. Read Less
