This salon is a little rough around the edges. We walked in for pedicures and weren't offered any services from which to choose nor a beverage. However, we were given top-notch pedicures with excellent service including thorough exfoliating, complete hangnail control and foot and leg massage. So the important stuff was done for a fair price. Last time I came here, I had wonderful service. Even though I simply wanted a polish change and nail shaping, I was treated with respect and given the same service as though I was getting a full mani/pedi. This time when I came in for the same thing, I was treated like trash. The guy doing my nails didn't care to actually shape my nails until I told him to do so, and then he just did it haphazardly and rushed into painting my nails, even though there was no reason to rush as there was no one else waiting, besides whoever he was on the phone with... Then, after messing up one my nails, he refused to fix it! Just sent me to the dryer saying it would be fine and then I had to tell the older lady who seems as though she's the manager and she made him fix it. Even then, he was very reluctant to take all the polish off the one nail and start again, and when I asked him to, he simply swiped it once with remover, didn't even care that all of the polish didn't come off, and started again. If I ever go back, I refuse to have him do my nails. Not only did I not have a good time, but I also wasted my money because the way my nails look, I might as well have done them myself. Read Less

Experiencing the WORST pedicure of my life.  I have a man who looks like he's in his teens giving me a pedi. He already pulled out a split nail even though I asked him not to. And nicked the skin on top of another toe- then poured alcohol on it! And guess what? He's mad at me when I involuntarily pulled my foot away!  Never coming back here again. Don't expect the techs to be on-time for your appointment. I had an appointment at 11:30 and when I showed up, my tech that I always use wasn't there for my appointment. Another tech called him & he said he would be 5 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and left!! Also, some of my nails end up crooked every time so I end up straightening them out when I get home. Yes, I've told the tech about that, but he still doesn't file them correctly. Trust, me, you need to go somewhere else and don't even try this place!! Read Less

Nail City 1 is phenomenal!!! I was a walk in the other day and had a very short wait. The entire staff was completely friendly and professional (highly recommend Mimi...she was great!). I ended up getting a basic acrylic set and at the end of my session my nails looked awesome. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. Also, the business is TG friendly. Read Less
