Have been a couple of time the employees are friendly as long as you don’t have a complaint.The first time I went the male who did my nail made me pay before he polished them and I was told that he could not do the shape I wanted which was coffin. Unfortunately the acrylic nails broke off and chipped within a weeks time. So I started to only go to the women in the shop, because they seemed to have more experience. But on my most recent the women who did my nails did a poor job.I have acrylic on my cuticles and the polish is uneven. I was not satisfied, when I tried to voice my opinion I was told I was wrong.

The nail tech did a HORRIBLE job on my nails!!! Will NEVER let her touch my nails again. I kept having to correct her and she STILL didn’t do it right. And she kept cutting me! Some nails were round and some were square. The absolute worse experience ever!

Ordered THE most expensive pedicure hoping for excellent spa treatment. This treatment fell FLAT! The water got cold fast to where my toes were freezing and my nose started running!! Huge problem, the pedicure set is NOT sterilized, it was brought out of a reusing box shared between nail techs and an old nail file pulled from a box of gloves! The hot towel wrap then scorched my frozen toes and then it was more of a drape versus a wrap...both towels have stains which look gross! Then came the lotion after the hot towels...it smelled old. This was suppose to be a relaxing treat for myself hence the splurge. SADLY this will not be something I return for. Save your money and just get the basic if you must get a pedicure here!!!

People were nice but had to say ma'am several time to be acknowledged. I got a pedicure and the massage was good but the paint job was very sloppy and rushed and areas were not painted where I had to say you missed a spot at least 3times. I'll post a picture if it'll let me.

I am new to the area and seen their great ratings and decided to give them a try. I walked in and was not greeted, then sat while individuals that came in after me were sat first despite them not having an appointment. I had to ask how long the wait was to be acknowledged and sat after about 20 minutes of waiting. The technician was polite and did an ok job on my nails but overall the service was very poor.

Went on for a fill in and had great service . As soon as I walked in I didn't have to wait at all , I picked my color and began being serviced . Really enjoyed them !

Have been a couple of time the employees are friendly as long as you don’t have a complaint.The first time I went the male who did my nail made me pay before he polished them and I was told that he could not do the shape I wanted which was coffin. Unfortunately the acrylic nails broke off and chipped within a weeks time. So I started to only go to the women in the shop, because they seemed to have more experience. Ordered THE most expensive pedicure hoping for excellent spa treatment. This treatment fell FLAT! The water got cold fast to where my toes were freezing and my nose started running!! I am new to the area and seen their great ratings and decided to give them a try. I walked in and was not greeted, then sat while individuals that came in after me were sat first despite them not having an appointment. I had to ask how long the wait was to be acknowledged and sat after about 20 minutes of waiting. The technician was polite and did an ok job on my nails but overall the service was very poor.
