There's never been a time for me to be disappointed with Phou's services; anyone who can multi task several customers at one time is definitely excellent at what they do.

The Best Nail Salon! Have been going here for over three years. The Owner is wonderful and creative. The technicians are just as nice and professional as you'd want them to be. Atmosphere is awesome - except for the few drop ins that are rude when they find out this is NOT one of those places where they churn out a set of nails every 10 minutes. This salon owner is honest and accurate about time assessments - and the workmanship is excellent.

This has to be one of the worse nail salons I've ever been too. I waited 45 mins for her to do a pedicure, then she stopped & tried on a dress to show to her lingering friends in the shop. After I asked would she be done anytime soon she too another 30 mins to finish the pedi. When she began on my nails she took her time & over charged me for the services obviously because I questioned her professionalism. Her work was okay, but nothing spectacular. She changed the shape of my nails after I instructed her not to do so. I will NEVER go back there. She's unprofessional, rude, and does average work. Not worth wasting your money.
