Soooooooo, let's get right to it. This nail salon should be SHUT DOWN it's a total mess. Came in with two of my bride squad members to get taken care of for my wedding and this was the worst experience I've EVER had at a nail salon in my life. I should have noticed all the red flags before getting called back. However, we were in a hurry, I was tired and it was my wedding eve. All the nail polishes were old,dusty and basically empty. There were no nice colors to choose from and the place made me feel dirty. Normally I take my own polish for my toes but because of all the running around for the wedding I for got it. So, I started with getting my nails painted I'm not big on the artificial nails so I usually just get an overlay and gel polish. This time I only got the gel polish because the lady doing my nails kept taking and making phone calls on her personal phone. So my painted nails ended up being lumpy and I was upset but I didn't want it to ruin the night before my wedding. My sister and best friend could tell things weren't going well. Next, I got my toes painted I was instructed to sit in a pedicure chair but when the guy came he had me to move to another chair. FYI this guy had an attitude out of this world. He tells me to put my feet in this towel that was already sitting in the foot rest and I refused because it was clearly dirty and had toenails on it (not mine). As I'm refusing he getting a bigger attitude and trying to get mast with me so I called him out on it. I said "the towel is dirty and has Someone else's toenails on it and I'm not putting my feet up there" and for a minute he was trying to still tell me to place me feet on the towel. At that point I was irate and I told him "you know what I'll pass on getting my toes painted" and I got up and put my shoes back on. Keep in mind that during all of this my sister and bff are texting each other and they are having horrible experiences as well.  So I ended up getting my toes painted and it's taking forever afterwards he puts my sandals back on and out of no where pours oil over my legs so now my sandals are ruined and my legs look like they are about to be involved in a sex scene. So I take the towel and wipe as much of it as I can off and in the process my two big toes get messed up a little. So I informed the guy and instead of him just fixing the two toes he takes the polish off of ALL 10 toes and starts over......... I was soooooo happy the get away from that place. During all that time my sister only received a half azzed pedi and my bff a incomplete full set. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON!!! You run the risk of getting nail infections. The nail Tech Angel couldn't stay off the phone first off! Then after 2 days the polish (gel) started chipping! So I go back to the nail salon to show Emily and she wouldn't get off the phone to even see what I needed! Then the nail Tech tells me just go see at chair 4 and someone will fix it! I went for a polish change. The quality was poor, something I could've done better at home. There were polish stains left all around my nails. When I went to sit under the dryer I messed up a nail due to having to take my things to the chair with me and instead of correctly fixing it he went over it with one coat of polish all the while my nail still looked obviously ruined. And after that I was charged extra for polishing my hands. I assume filing my nails was the cause but there wasn't anything extra for filing my toe nails. So in total I paid 18 when I rightfully feel like 15 without tip would have sufficed. I wouldn't go back nor recommend this place. Customer service was terrible. I got there at 9am to get a full set and a pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. 95% of the staff was young and inexperienced and it showed. After two hours they still had not started on my full set. After I got up to leave Emily asked if I needed something as if I didn't tell her when I walked in the door at 9. Finally the guy started on my nails. He acted as if that wad the first time he had done nails so Emily came over and to help. I will never go there again. I had to go to another shop for them to undo the mess they made. Final thought, the place was not clean either. I noticed that the floor was dirty when I first walked in as if it was not swept from the day before. I came in, my mom and I were first, NO ONE here, and they start our water, I sit, then someone else walks in, it being Montgomery, well, yeh. They get taken care of first, my mom then the lady that came in after me get taken care of. My water is cold and my feet look like prunes. Seriously irritating and unprofessional in the fullest. After 30 mins, and my mom being done now, and now has to wait on me to get done. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER! So so so, disappointed in this place. I've heard good things about it. I went there to get a pedicure and full set..... My acrylic nails were crooked and too thick. The pedicure was half done and extremely rushed. I told Emily about it and she started laughing and speaking to her family in another language. She said that my finger were crooked and thick nails last longer. Umm..well...how about NO. I had already paid, so I asked for some money back because I was completely dissatisfied. Emily told me that I wasn't going to get anything back and I didn't have to go in her shop again. I told her that I would call the police because that is not what I paid for. She gave me a $10 gift certificate & I explained that it wouldn't suffice; because I never wanted to go back to her...I just wanted my nails fixed that day or a portion of my money back. Emily came around the counter and got in my face telling me that I wasn't getting a "damn thing" back. I had to leave that shop before my temper got the best of me. I give this place 2 Stars because I did actually have a great experience before which brought me back the second time. I walked in to get a polish change on my nails and toes which had to gel polish on them both. I knew this was going to take some time but it never should have taken over and hour as it did. The guy I had was extra slow and seemed as if he did not care a bit about doing my nails. As soon as I say down he started peeling off my polish. Well, I absolutely hate for them to do this because it rips the skin right off of your nail so I ask, "Can you soak my nails instead?" He says, "No, this is easier." I explained that my nails were already thin and I did not want the polish ripped off but he continued to do so. My polish actually wouldn't peel as good as he would have liked so he ended up having to soak them after he realized this. There were a couple other things that irritated me during the visit but the fact that the guy totally disregards a request by his customer sent me over the edge. I will NEVER be back so the search for a decent nail tech continues in Montgomery. Read Less
