I don't know why they get great reviews! I am a traveling consultant, I get a pedicure in a different city/state at least once a month. I rarely, if ever, return to a salon or know the technicians or owners, or even visit the town again--point is,I rate the service on theeasurable outcome of the purchased service, not how I feel.
This was possibly the worse quality pedicure I've received. The wait was long, which should mean they have lots of clients and/or are meticulous. They don't and aren't. The technician did not ask about preferences of service, offer additional services, or even communicate beyond "what color?"
