My daughter and several others went to get nails done on the day before her wedding. After a trainer butchered the first try, the manager came in. Took forever. Left and five hours later, the polish was still wet and they told her it was her fault.
Manager had her come in and fixed her nails. Bride is happy.

EDIT: After contacting the salon (6-30-2018), my issues have ALL been resolved by Kayla. She gave me what I paid for & did not disappoint, this time I left with a huge smile & only took at the most, a hour. I am so grateful she took time out of her schedule to fix me up. My original manicurist is fairly new, but with practice & time she is bound to get better while working with these amazing people. I’ve reconsidered going back to see them & would highly recommend anyone to check them out.
Original: This was my first time visiting any Anthony Vince nail salon & it was the worst experience I’ve had at ANY nail salon...I overlooked the fact they had some construction going on & it was super hot in the building, I didn’t even mind the wait for a manicurist...BUT I don’t get manicures in general & decided to do something different yesterday (6-29-2018) & get one...I left here wanting to cry from the disappointment & being charged $5 extra to get rhinestones on 2 fingers, to only be told after I’ve paid, the lady didn’t have her tools to do them so I wanted just a silver glitter nail instead, she said it would look better with the color underneath & did it that way, I didn’t like it & she told me she would have to take the whole nail off to redo it, so I said not to worry about it since we had spent 4 hours in there already & my toddler was ready to go...I didn’t get refunded back the $5 or what I wanted & my nails look atrocious to say the least, I didn’t mind paying the prices, I just wanted a top notch manicure...I definitely didn’t get it & I don’t want to ever go back. My 2 sisters nails were done beautifully, however, my manicure looks like a joke & was a complete waste of money. The woman who did mines sat at the opposite end of the row Ms. Angel works on (I know her name because she kept a conversation with her), she was the beautiful black lady with braids, I really don’t know her name so if you take the risk of going here, I’d just recommend getting anyone except her! Very nice person but not so good with manicures in my case.

Service has always been poo. The only thing they’re good at is pedicures. The guy (I don’t know his name) made me bleed TWICE and continued on by asking me why I was bleeding. I don’t know I’m not the one doing my nails. He could have at least took the price down. Service definitely doesn’t match their prices. Pedicure, yes. Fill-ins and Full sets I highly wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve neen here twice for a pedicure. The fist time I went, my experience was great. The tech was fantastic, friendly and did a great job on my toes. I went in again yesterday and had a horrible experience. It took forever to get in the chair even though they weren’t very busy. The tech I had didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all. She kept rummaging through her little drawers and asking the tech next to her what she needed to use next. She filled the tub with scalding hot water. When I said it was a bit too hot, she turned it into ice water. Then, she put an exfoliator on my feet and legs and proceeded to vigorously “massage” them for what felt like forever. I walked away with a literal scab on my leg from her exfoliation. And my toes were mediocre at best. I could’ve saved the money and done a better job myself! Will never come back here again.

The absolute WORSE nail salon I have ever been to in life. They are very impersonal and their prices are too high for the poor service you receive. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. My feet looked worse than they did before I went in. The nail tech looked very uninterested the entire time. The nail tech who did my manicure did a pretty decent job, but that foot tech needs to stay home. Never again !!! They treat you like a fast food chain, just trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible....if I had to compare them to any restaurant it would be McDonald’s ! “Wine, water and relaxation” my behind. More like Colt 45, rain water and frustration 👎🏾

I don't mind paying $10 for a simple soak off but not when I can literally start taking it off myself after I walk out. I payed Kyle but when I hand him the receipt, him and two other workers burst into laughter while I am still at the counter and cracking jokes in whatever language! Very unprofessional, incompetent, and childish. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a soak of completed when it should have been done right the first time.

I went in for a fill in tonight and had the longest visit to a nail salon ever. A fill in took an hour and a half. The nail technician didn’t even square up my nails that needed to be replaced to match the other ones until I said something. Now that I look at it, that nail is crooked and not shaped right. I’m not coming back. I miss the days when they had quality workmanship.
I was getting my nails done because I have an engagement picture session this weekend.

I was visiting from out of town and was desperately looking for a clean & reputable place to get a pedi and this place was recommended. It's esthetically appealing when you first walk in; however, once you sit down and really take a look at the place it doesn't seem as clean as I thought. Chairs were dirty, trays looked as if they are never cleaned (same with the foot rests that you place your feet on during the pedi), the products they use look/feel cheap and inside plain refillable bottles that appear to never have been wiped down. The website is a bit deceiving as it makes it look like this is a classy & clean establishment. Rather, it's another cheap nail salon you would find in a mall. I'm seriously hoping I don't get foot fungus.

I used to love coming here and getting my nails done. The service was always great and fast. The last 2 times I've been here, I've had the same bad experience. The gel nail polish only last about 3 days. I had my nails done before my sisters wedding and they began to chip 2 days later. So I stopped coming here for a few months. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt I came back on September 10 to get a gel mani before a shoot that I had. The NEXT day they began to chip! I can't complain about the service but the gel manicures DO NOT last. So if you're looking for a gel mani stay away from here.

Needed a manicure and was out shopping so I stopped in at this spot. The place is huge has over 20 manicure and pedicure stations. Service was okay and the do offer wine, although I'm not sure if wine in a box is considered wine. The prices are pretty good but I probably won't be returning.

I was very disappointed with my Anthony Vince experience...it was by far the worse mani/pedi experience I've had. I really expected way better. I took my 3 daughters and expected it to be a little crowded due to the Mother's weekend but the service was horrible, no one offered us any beverages, and for me to have spent $40.00 per person on the spa mani/pedi I expected a little more. I've gotten regular $10. 00 manis and $20.00 pedis that were better. I will not be going back. The polish looks bad and I even had polish on my toes when I left that should have been cleaned off....it was plain sloppy!!! The shop looks nice but that's the only positive thing I can say about Anthony Vince.

Anthony Vince is my go-to nail spa. Very clean, relaxing, & calm environment. Everybody is extremely friendly. Ask for Summer...she's great with manicures & pedicures. She's so FAB!!

I had a woman named Kim who was VERY insulting. The entire hour and a half I was there she made rude remarks about how my nails were uneven, short, and dry. I had not been to get a mani/pedi in a few months due to it being the holiday season. I knew my nails were not looking the best, that's why I wanted to get them fixed! She then kept complaining that the color I had picked out was going to look awful because my nails were so short. I kept telling her I liked the color but she did not care about my opinion at all. She then kept complaining about how short my nails were AGAIN. Once we moved on to my mani, she once again said that she could not work with nails as short as mine. They are not even that short! She then clipped all of my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding. My left hand was a bloody mess. She once again complained about how dry my cuticles are and at once point shouted, "Look how bad your skin is! Look!" as she held up my hand to my face. Then she once again said how bad the color looked on my hands and how it is meant for old people. Because I am young, I need a bright pink and that because I chose a dark color that meant that I must be a "dark person." Then she did not clean the polish from around my nails. So I left there with specks of red polish all over my fingers and hands because she kept insisting that that was the best she could do because my nails were so "uneven and short. "These comments continued the entire time I was there today and the person beside me was even distracted by them. If you decide to visit this nail salon, DO NOT GET KIM! Sadly, this was my fourth visit to Anthony Vince. It was my worst experience by far, but none of the other times were that great. I have always been rushed and the staff has never been friendly.

This is your typical nail spa, but cleaner and with better service. We had a group of four come in for pedicures and they seated us together and worked us all at the same time. They even gave us wine. A couple of the girls had some really pretty artwork done. It has been a while since I've been to a nail salon, so forgive me if this isn't new, but I appreciated that they used a plastic bag-like thing to hold the water in the tub, rather than using the tub. I also appreciated that Linda painted the whole nail, to include the sides. Any other time that I've had a pedi, they only paint the top part of the nail. I'd go back here again. The prices were reasonable, the service was good, and the place was clean.

The salon looks nice. When I walked in the door the lady at the front desk asked what services I needed done. I told her that I needed a fill-in for gel overlay. She questioned my knowledge intensely until I finally said,"here is the number to my previous nail tech, call him if you don't believe me." She continued this until one of the techs came over(three differfent ones actually) and examined my nails. Very annoying..The time elapsed was over an hour. The tech that did my nails did give me a bottle of water. Overall, it wasn't as good as I had expected from this new "up-scale" salon.

The nail technician didn’t even square up my nails that needed to be replaced to match the other ones until I said something. Now that I look at it, that nail is crooked and not shaped right. I’m not coming back. I miss the days when they had quality workmanship.

I used to love coming here and getting my nails done. The service was always great and fast. The last 2 times I've been here, I've had the same bad experience. The gel nail polish only last about 3 days. I had my nails done before my sisters wedding and they began to chip 2 days later. So I stopped coming here for a few months. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt I came back on September 10 to get a gel mani before a shoot that I had. The NEXT day they began to chip! I can't complain about the service but the gel manicures DO NOT last. So if you're looking for a gel mani stay away from here.

Nice place but I got a toenail fungus from here! Also two of my other guests did as well. They need properly clean their basins as the water stoppers and not just change the plastic. Be careful

Needed a manicure and was out shopping so I stopped in at this spot. The place is huge has over 20 manicure and pedicure stations. Service was okay and the do offer wine, although I'm not sure if wine in a box is considered wine. The prices are pretty good but I probably won't be returning.

I was very disappointed with my Anthony Vince experience...it was by far the worse mani/pedi experience I've had. I really expected way better. I took my 3 daughters and expected it to be a little crowded due to the Mother's weekend but the service was horrible, no one offered us any beverages, and for me to have spent $40.00 per person on the spa mani/pedi I expected a little more. I've gotten regular $10. 00 manis and $20.00 pedis that were better. I will not be going back. The polish looks bad and I even had polish on my toes when I left that should have been cleaned off....it was plain sloppy!!! The shop looks nice but that's the only positive thing I can say about Anthony Vince.

Summer knows how I like everything as well as how to meet my special needs. On my last visit I tried the hot stone pedicure, Summer made sure it was an amazing experience. I would recommend anyone to her.

Anthony Vince is my go-to nail spa. Very clean, relaxing, & calm environment. Everybody is extremely friendly. Ask for Summer...she's great with manicures & pedicures. She's so FAB!!

I had a woman named Kim who was VERY insulting. The entire hour and a half I was there she made rude remarks about how my nails were uneven, short, and dry. I had not been to get a mani/pedi in a few months due to it being the holiday season. I knew my nails were not looking the best, that's why I wanted to get them fixed! She then kept complaining that the color I had picked out was going to look awful because my nails were so short. I kept telling her I liked the color but she did not care about my opinion at all. She then kept complaining about how short my nails were AGAIN. Once we moved on to my mani, she once again said that she could not work with nails as short as mine. They are not even that short! She then clipped all of my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding. My left hand was a bloody mess. She once again complained about how dry my cuticles are and at once point shouted, "Look how bad your skin is! Look!" as she held up my hand to my face. Then she once again said how bad the color looked on my hands and how it is meant for old people. Because I am young, I need a bright pink and that because I chose a dark color that meant that I must be a "dark person." Then she did not clean the polish from around my nails. So I left there with specks of red polish all over my fingers and hands because she kept insisting that that was the best she could do because my nails were so "uneven and short. "These comments continued the entire time I was there today and the person beside me was even distracted by them. If you decide to visit this nail salon, DO NOT GET KIM! Sadly, this was my fourth visit to Anthony Vince. It was my worst experience by far, but none of the other times were that great. I have always been rushed and the staff has never been friendly.

This is your typical nail spa, but cleaner and with better service. We had a group of four come in for pedicures and they seated us together and worked us all at the same time. They even gave us wine....
This is your typical nail spa, but cleaner and with better service. We had a group of four come in for pedicures and they seated us together and worked us all at the same time. They even gave us wine. A couple of the girls had some really pretty artwork done. It has been a while since I've been to a nail salon, so forgive me if this isn't new, but I appreciated that they used a plastic bag-like thing to hold the water in the tub, rather than using the tub. I also appreciated that Linda painted the whole nail, to include the sides. Any other time that I've had a pedi, they only paint the top part of the nail. I'd go back here again. The prices were reasonable, the service was good, and the place was clean.

The salon looks nice. When I walked in the door the lady at the front desk asked what services I needed done. I told her that I needed a fill-in for gel overlay. She questioned my knowledge intensely until I finally said,"here is the number to my previous nail tech, call him if you don't believe me." She continued this until one of the techs came over(three differfent ones actually) and examined my nails. Very annoying..The time elapsed was over an hour. The tech that did my nails did give me a bottle of water. Overall, it wasn't as good as I had expected from this new "up-scale" salon.
