My first visit just ensured all my future visits. This place is ultra chic and clean. The woman who greeted me was super sweet and told me they were closing in 15 minutes but they would be happy to do my mani pedi - I just needed to pick my color. Considering I never know what color of the 5 bottles I've grabbed is "the one" I was thinking uh-oh... I don't have enough time. But the girls were AMAZING and sweet and helpful all at once. They told me which color was the most popular and lasted the longest and I was sold on it. They didn't do a rush job even though everyone else had long left and the girl who had greeted me, Kris, did my mani while another girl did my toes. She used my name every time she spoke to me and was so friendly, I felt completely at ease at a place I'd never even set foot in before. I'm not from Mobile, but was there due to the passing of my father. I needed my nails done right before the memorial services for my dad. I googled nail salons near me, several came up, but I'm glad that I chose Vivian's. I am so glad I made the decision to come here. My mom and I went today before Christmas. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They did an amazing job with the design I wanted and understood what I wanted. They also take the time to get to know their customers and know all of their regulars by name. I like to come here because they make me feel comfortable . They are polite and helpful. My feet feel so soft and youthful after getting a pedicure from here, and my polish last as long as 4 weeks to 8 weeks. It is awesome. They have an outstanding health grade of 100. Do not go here. Very nasty and the people are terribly rude. They also laugh in you face at things you say that are not funny. I recommend world nails or nail bar both are very healthy and have great costumer service. Read Less
