The atmosphere is nice and the nail techs are friendly, however I got SNS and the polish literally started peeling THE VERY NEXT DAY. And within a week FIVE of my nails were chipped. As a result they offered me $10 off a new set, which isn't much considering I spent $50 originally! Read Less

This is the first review I've ever written but I felt compelled to share. This salon is relaxing and clean and the nail technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. The owner came over to say hello and supervise my pedicure, which was top notch--the right amount of pampering and attention to detail. I travel a lot and have gotten SNS done at several salons in Montgomery and Birmingham. I was in Mobile last week and it was time to get them redone and after reading the other reviews I went here. Very nice ladies in this shop, deluxe OPI pedicure with hot stones was nice but the deluxe gel manicure, not so much.  The polish is thin on my nails & I have had to file the edges several times and I just went yesterday.  I insist on an immaculate manicure, I will go back tomorrow and get this corrected (it is now Sunday and they are closed.) From the moment you walk in to this clean, beautiful salon, till the moment  you walk out, you feel pampered and well taken care of!I am a BIG fan of powder nails and the owner did a wonderful job!  They last for about a month and are actually GOOD for your nails! Amazing service. We came in with a group of 3 an hour before closing and they fit us in right away for manis and pedis. The staff even ended up staying later for us. We even had sunburns and they gave us aloe for the burns. Prices are competitive and service is wonderful. I would highly recommend!Read Less

This was my first visit.  I went in for a quick manicure.  It was average.  The guy that did my nails did not cut them evenly.  A few are shorter than the others and I asked him to even them up.  In addition, one is a bit pointy and the others are shaped normally.  Didn't realize this until after I got to my car and I had to head back to work. Wish I had paid more attention.  In addition, have some polish on my skin around my nails.  Basically just an average manicure that I could have done at home. Read Less

When my Nail and Spa owner sold her business, I honestly didn't know where to go. I just didn't trust everyone to work on me and I really wanted someone with whom I could build a relationship with and not be a "nail barn"... The hurry up in and out experience that I see. One of the worst experiences. Requested gel nail service for toes and fingers. Katie(?) compleated. Massage was 2/5 at best. Polish started peeling off after four day. Returned to salon and was treated very disrespectfully. Was told they would redo for 1/2 price. Katie was very rude and confrontational. Do not recommend! Read Less
