I was contacted at 10:40pm via text by the salon saying they needed the Groupon voucher number before the services. First why would a business contact a client at that time of day. Second the voucher ...
I was contacted at 10:40pm via text by the salon saying they needed the Groupon voucher number before the services. First why would a business contact a client at that time of day. Second the voucher says to present upon arrival. I get they don't want to loss money if someone no shows but other clients don't prepay so why should this be any different. It was very messy in there and doesn't seem very sanitary, not somewhere I'd ever go again. The manicure itself was no big deal, not the best by any means. My nails aren't even fully painted. Ivy complained about another client while doing my moms nails then Ivy asked for a tip, that is so unprofessional. A tip should be earned not just given, and you shouldn't be complaining about other clients to a new clinet. Overall not a professional place at all. Disappointed in this purchase.

When they get ready to do your acrylic they use old nail tips, they drill you finger to much and they only have 2 people as staff, one person does the acrylic and one person so pedicures and eyebrows

Nails By Ivy is the best! Great service and all of the employees are friendly! I drive from Daphne to see Ivy every time I need my nails done! Highly recommended!
