The ladies in this salon gave me top notch service and I will definitely visit here again! I arrived at 1:30 for a full set manicure and pedicure and told them I had to be done by 2:30 to pick my child up from school. Not only did they deliver a beautiful job on my hands and feet, they were able to do so in the time allotted. The tech also wanted to make sure I had a relaxing visit which meant the world to me. I've been trying to find a new salon in the area and sad to say this one was the worst. ☹️ The pedicure bowl water stayed cold, the towels to wrap my legs for the deluxe pedicure were also cold so I froze the entire time.. the staff (three people) were all hovered around me having a lengthy conversation which is rude no matter what language you speak and the worst part is after I left and got in the sunlight I realized how poor my nails look not to mention I was there from 11:30-1:30 for a deluxe pedicure and full set and they were NOT busy at all.. Worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I arrived at 6pm, plenty of time before closing. Only 2 employees and 4 patrons. Once she started on me she was very rushed. She cut me terribly. Not one of my nails is even or smooth. I had to come home and file them all just to keep from snagging on everything. I'll never go back. Read Less

This place is a joke!! Gel nails and spa pedicure were rushed and horrible.  One of the technicians had no customer service skills, and could care less how my nails looked. Very disappointed!! Will never go there again. Read Less

Thrilled to have this salon just down the street as it will be so convenient. Beautiful, clean facility. The massage chairs are brand new and the best I have ever used. This is a brand new business and they have not built up their clientele yet so you can really get primo service. I went in for a mani but decided on a pedi also since they could do it at the same time so I could get in and out quickly. Rose did my mani and did an excellent job. She put this cuticle cream/gell on my fingertips covered with a plastic bag and ticked my hands in a warmer. Absolute luxury. I do not remember a hand massage though so will say something to her next time. The lady that did my pedi was nice but did a disappointing job. She put a salt scrub on my legs and was just going to take it off and I said just a minute and I massaged the salt around as it is supposed to slough off the dead skin, right? She thought I was trying to rub it in and no matter what I said she just didn't get it although she did chuckle and say "you can't rub it in"... Well, duh... Does she not understand what the salt and/or sugar scrubs are for?? No foot massage, only cuticles and a little nail filing even though I told her to cut, and she painted them. For $25 I could have totally done this at home and if this is standard for $25, I will be doing pedis at home. This same girl waxed my eyebrows and top lip and did a very good job. $10 each place so comparable to everyone else. The mani was only $10 so worth it and to get my hands and nails in shape, I plan on going weekly for a while. I will ask her if she can do a hand massage tough with lotion as I did give her a $4 tip which was 40% with the bare minimum. Ladies, you have a great workplace but will need to step it up to build your business. I mean if you consider you were not busy at all, no other customer the entire time I was there, I would want to make sure every customer than DID come in would RETURN so I would do a little extra... What would it hurt? You would be surprised what a little extra will get you in the long run. I will go back, as I stated, for a mani and of course will update my review if anything changes.
