I got my nails done here and waited for 2 hours while there were many workers available sitting around. The lady was so rude and my nails lasted about a good two days!!

Went to get a pedicure and my nails done, my feet sat in the water for 1 hour. The water was freezing cold after waiting so long. The lady doing my feet made my toes bleed from pulling too deep. I sat for another hour waiting for someone to do my nails and they did not look the best for me to have been there 3 hours. After waiting so long they rushed doing my toes and nails. Needless to say I will not be going back to this place.

I love J&T nails! Mrs. Jennifer makes it a point to get personable and memorize everyone's names! Even if you are new! She knows about nail care as well and will give you the best advice about your nails! I only let her touch my eyebrows because she works miracles! I love this place! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Received a full solar set of nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, had to wait 45 minutes in the cold water before being touched. Then my nails was rushed through. I've been getting solar nails...
Received a full solar set of nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, had to wait 45 minutes in the cold water before being touched. Then my nails was rushed through. I've been getting solar nails for over 5 years. They normally last 6 weeks until I need a fill in. Paid $100, It's not even been 2 weeks and I've had one fall off and one break. Was charged to get it fixed! Will not be back after this.

Overall a very good experience, I had a bit of pain but I have that with all salons at one time. Very relaxing and you couldn't even tell it was a nail salon by the smell!

My hands were soaked in a cream inside baggies and warm mitts, cuticles cleaned and trimmed, nails filed and sanded smooth, base coat, top coat, 2 layers of gel polish, hands massaged and soothed with hot rock in warm towel. $30 Very relaxing and well worth the $$ would go back and recommend to friends n family.

I've been going since day 1.I've been to other places in the past while traveling, as far as California to New York and J&Ts is better by far.I always get a smile! What other salon in Mobile offers something to drink (water or soda) every time you're there? Plus name another salon that continues they're loyalty program after your initial card is completed? So far my feet have set in cold water 15 minutes waiting for a attendant. When they came - no smile - no greeting- just sad faces?!? My cup holder for my chair is awful dirty. Had to place my cup in m...
So far my feet have set in cold water 15 minutes waiting for a attendant. When they came - no smile - no greeting- just sad faces?!? My cup holder for my chair is awful dirty. Had to place my cup in my lap. $35 for reg. mani pedi. She cut my skin on my left foot near pinky. Ouch! No my sorry-- etc. I did get a good mani from the male attendant working. He was kind and professional.

Rated best place to get a pedicure and manicure! I get my nails done here all the time! The service is great and the people are super friendly! My nails always come out looking great!
