I had a really disappointing manicure here yesterday. So disappointing, in fact, that I went to a different nail salon today to have it redone. The pedicure wasn't quite as bad but still not great. I purchased a groupon for a 1 hour micro derm. I arrived a few minutes before my appt time of 4:30. I walked out of there at 5:10. This included time to go upstairs, undress, re-dress, go back downstairs and get into my car. I thought the time seemed kind of short when she was doing the procedure but this was ridiculous. I paid for a 1 hour service and should have been in there the whole time. I've had many microderms done in the past and they did take the full hour. I'm not sure if she just did the basics because it was a groupon (but if so, they shouldn't offer them). Very disappointed! I only rec'd half of what I paid for. Nail polish peeling after 2 days. Manager would not even talk to me or look at my manicure. She relayed a message saying I should get a gel manicure and I wouldn't have this problem. I believe the nail tech used alcohol instead of polish remover when she prepped my nails after a lotion hand massage. Read Less

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and upbeat. The decor is beautiful and offers a welcoming environment. This is a great place to get a massage or manicure. Check groupon before you go for awesome deals! These ladies know what they are doing and do it well! Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Everyone was very helpful in helping me get an appointment time that would work for me. Once there, I fell in love with the atmosphere and décor. I have seen Jane twice now for massage therapy and can honestly say she is by far the best I have ever used (and I have used several). I have problems in my hip and shoulder areas and she spends time focusing on these areas and after only 2 sessions my mobility has noticeably improved. This place is amazing, I have been coming here forever! They do great updo's, all the ladies are so sweet and welcoming! They also have a nail person too.
