Went to have my full set removed off my REAL nails and the lady cut all my nails off. She cut them down at the top which was fine BUT at one point kept cutting trying to get the acrylic off. I snatche...
Went to have my full set removed off my REAL nails and the lady cut all my nails off. She cut them down at the top which was fine BUT at one point kept cutting trying to get the acrylic off. I snatched my bad but she cut them so dar that when the gut came to dike them,ALL I had were nubs on one hand and long nails on the other. All they could say was sorry but didn't fix them. They only ignored me and wanted me to pay the FULL amount of the full set even Threatened me. Will not be back.:(

Lisa done my lashes, top and bottom. She worked me in with a 6:15 appointment.. They close at 7.. We weren't done until after 8.. This is the true definition of above and beyond great customer service...
