Very nice staff. I don't get my nails done ever! I am a lifelong nail biter and I am trying to quit. Hannah put an SDS overlay on my nails to strengthen them, help them grow, and deter me from scraping them. I was very pleased at the price. This was such an awesome experience at a nail salon! My cousin recommended this nail place after going herself. She recommended the $60 dollar pedicure(cannot think of pedicure name). At first I was like wait ???!!! $60 bucks??!! But after going now I know why! I called in ahead, to make a reservation and the receptionist explained the nail tech I wanted was busy (believe her name was Sally, my cousin recommended her too) but would be ready in 40 minutes. I hopped in my rental and headed to my appointment. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me, checked me in, and asked what would I like to drink. They offer soda, wine, or mimosas! Mimosa pleazzzz!!! After I got checked in I picked my nail color and headed back to the nail area. At this location they line the pedicure sinks are lined with plastic liners for sanitation. My technician greeted me and we begin! For the $60 dollars I got an experience I never had before! She put some solution in that turned my water into jello feeling, then it went to a sandish feeling. It. Was sooooo amazing, I wanted my feet to stay in it all day long! She worked on my toes and then I got a rub down with hot stones and a bamboo stick!! It was the wonderful message I needed!! Went in on 7/19/2017. It seemed nice at first but I was not happy overall at the end of my experience. Waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Was offered a drink and I accepted. Once the nail technician came to soak off my gel nail polish she spilled pure acetone on me which stained my clothes. They didn't even express remorse/concern. I asked her to use the cotton and foil method which is better for the nail and cuticle, she seemed to not want to do that. Which makes me believe that they don't really care about nail health. The manager/owner was extremely rude and condescending to me when I pointed out that the color of my gel nail polish and the polish on my feet weren't the same even though I asked for the same color. She tried to make me pay for a color change on my toes although her technician gave the wrong color. I told her I didn't have time to wait for a color change. She laughed and told me I should have set aside more time. However, I wouldn't have needed more time if they'd done things properly in the beginning. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've been to nail spas all over the world because I travel often. Nowhere have I ever experienced such incompetence and disrespect. Read Less

I will NEVER ever spend another dollar in this salon!!! They are not kid friendly at all, some mothers don't have a choice but to bring their kid with them and they hate to honor the 2 week promise. SUPER disappointed.. went for mothers day.. got my toes done there and literally the next day someone asked ME if I was DRUNK when I painted my toes. They lady didnt speak English AT ALL. I asked for a design and the beautician next to me told me "nobody here knows how to do designs" So i asked for them to just put some simple jewels on it. (like glue the diamonds on) And she was like, "like i said nobody here knows how to do that" so i was like.. ohkay can she paint some sparkly glitter on it then? She was like "honestly she doesn't even speak English so your better off just showing her the color you want painted on your toes and thats it" I was pissed! Especially because I never get my toes done. And i paid extra so that it would come out really pretty.. the paint came off within a week. Thank god though, it looked horrible. This is a lovely nail salon located in West Mobile. I visited for a shellac manicure and was in and out in less than an hour. Allure is very clean and takes the time to sterilize each item they use. They have complimentary beverages including wine (a plus for me!). I can't wait to return to try out the other services they offer. Read Less

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I went there to get a fill in and a gel over top, they charge WAY too much and my nails look AWFUL! They have bumps and lines in the polish and the tips of my nails have a very thin layer on the so the sun shines right through them. It was my first time going here, the service was bad too, they have terrible customer service. I am very dissatisfied with this business. I would recommend going somewhere else because you can spend less money and get better service and leaving happy. I told the lady that checked me out that I was not happy with my service or how my nails turned out, I asked for a discount because I was already paying over $30 for a simple fill in and gel recolor. I was back here visiting family and wanted to get a manicure. The manager (I can't remember her name, unfortunately) greeted me at the front counter and asked if I would like the gel/shellac polish. I declined because the shellac has always seemed to weaken my nails. She suggested I try the SNS polish this time and gave me a pamphlet on the product. The SNS was quite a bit more than a plain manicure ($15 vs $35 I think) but she said she guaranteed the product for 2 weeks; no lifting or chipping. She said if the product failed, come back and she would fix them. Well, seeing how I was visiting from out of town, I knew I wouldn't be able to come back, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I'm glad I did! - Today is day 14!!! The nails are still intact, and they look just as good as they did 2 weeks ago (except for the nail growth!). I am thoroughly surprised and IMPRESSED! I've even looked to see which salons in my area offer SNS because I want them done again. Totally worth the money. Also, I am very picky about my nail shape and the manager allowed me to take her nail file and fix my nails exactly how I liked and did not seem offended at all. I highly recommend this place. It's new and clean, they were friendly, offered me water, tea, soda or wine when I arrived, they had iPads at ever pedicure station. All in all just really seemed like a great place. Read Less

The salon was clean and I had a great pedicure. He was very thorough and did a great pedicure even though the gel polish machine was faulty. but my fill-in done by Beth was rushed and done as quickly as she could possibly do it.  The end result, of course, is lumpy and looks horrible. If she would've slowed down for just a minute maybe she would've noticed it. But she did not. There were only 3 clients in the salon so they were not super busy. She had no reason to rush and do such sloppy work. I'm very disappointed and will probably go somewhere else to have them re-done correctly. Very disappointed. The salon was empty when I went in on a rainy Saturday. That should have been my first clue. The staff was sitting around talking very loudly and unprofessional. The girl doing my pedicure stopped to answer her cell phone! The wheel to pick your colors was annoying to say the least. Polish lasted less than a week. Read Less

I took my daughters to Allure today for Pedicures, and loved the salon. I have definitely found my go to place, and will be sharing with my friends what a terrific experience we all had. Upon entering we were gracious greeted, and promptly seated. They did a wonderful job keeping us all next to each other, and engaging in conversation with my 12 year old daughter and her friend. I have been to several nail salons in the area that do not seem to want to bother with preteen girls, but these ladies went out of their way to make sure that they were comfortable. Read Less

This place has a lot of potential... it's beautiful and LARGE!  The pedicure chairs were SO comfortable and the iPad technology is super cool...however, I had some minor issues... despite being nicely greeted upon entering, the front counter was lined with about a dozen, half empty, 2-liter soda bottles, which looked kinda tacky & cluttered...they appeared to maybe still be moving in ?? so that could be different now.  The next thing, which really bugged me, was the fact that even though I was the only customer in there, the manicurist thought it necessary to give me my mani DURING my pedi, which didn't allow me to just RELAX during my pedi because I had to steady a pillow on my lap and constantly give her this hand, then that hand and back and forth.  It made no sense!  I did not enjoy my experience, which is unfortunate, b/c I really wanted to like this salon despite it being a trek from my house, I would drive the distance to this location.  And a third thing, I had to have my pedicure re-done within a week b/c the polish literally chipped off, through no fault of my own (my pedi's ALWAYS have to be re-done due to nail growth, NOT ever b/c of damaged polish) which indicates to me that the nail was not prepped properly before the polish was applied.  I hope this is taken as constructive and not as a bashing, b/c like I said, this place is new and has potential and these issues are completely fixable. Beautiful, clean spa. The music was a little off for the atmosphere.My friend and I went in for pedicures. We both left satisfied, especially for the price. We opted for the $40 pedicure but they have one for only $26. Their prices are competitive with the nail salons in the area.  Although I have received a better quality of work at Top Nails, my regular go to, I'm still satisfied and will go back and try them out again. I wish Allure offered a Rewards program like a punch card as many places do.Update: I've now been here twice. Both times I wasn't asked if I wanted a cut down or what shape I would like.
