I had a pedicure and manicure at this location and was very pleased. I had never had gel polish before, but I'm very pleased with it. I will definitely return for more pedicures and manicures.

I went to have my nails done for family photos, which turned into my engagement photos (yay!) But the guy that did then FIRST did a great job on the kind of nail I wanted and they even did my mother in laws nails perfect as well....BUUUUUTTTTT!!!!... I went back on the 11th of May to have my nails filled in because they grew out a good bit. I sat down in a girls booth to have the fill in process done and she filed and buffed and drimelled my nails down again. So when she clipped them where the nail was lifting, she FAILED to remove the dirt from my usual work funk. So I didn't notice it til May 12th. I went back to have it fixed and noticed then that she didn't even do the gel coat right and it wasnt even all the way over the nail! She gelled half of my nail! So I sit down to redo my break in my nail which happened on the 12th and they act like they had a problem doing it and buffed off the day old gel and redid the gel... HE DIDN'T EVEN COVER THE NAIL!!! So I get up and walk out not realizing he messed it up (being the 2nd person for the 2nd day in a row!!) So I leave and get home to only notice that he didn't even fix the other 2 problems I had mentioned to him as well!! So I will NOT be going back to the Millbrook location. My fiancé was very unhappy with this visit as well because they had a chance to keep our business if they did it right... BUT NO!! They didn't take time!! Not the second nor 3rd time and HALF THE TIME YOU KNOW THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT YOU!! This place had gone down hill. I use ld to love it. Now, I want a new salon to go to I'm not going to sit here and keep going back for you to fix what should've been done right the first time!!!! I refuse!! So I'm going to buff off the shiny gel coating and just wear my nails matte since they can't do A FULL FINGERNAIL GEL COAT RIGHT! We pay for what we want and can't even have what we want because they are too busy talking and not looking at what they are workin on. There are 2 great nail techs maybe 3... but good luck finding them with open spots!! They are always busy and eyes and hands on. But I will not be back at this location again. But thanks for trying!!!!

This salon does a really good job for a very reasonable price. Kim is the sweet lady who does my nails and she takes her time and always does a wonderful job.

Terrible. I have gone there for a while now and they are always in a rush and don’t spend their time on your nails, when you are paying good money for them. I have had two infections the past two times I’ve been. First, the lady ripped a hangnail off my toe and I couldn’t walk on it for days. Now, I have an infection under my acrylic nail because she was in a rush when cutting my nails. Won’t be going again.

I have been going here for almost a year and always have a great experience. My nails always look great and never have issues with them breaking, unless I wait to long to have them done...even then, I may only have a chip or two. I always go to Hailey and sometimes I have to wait, but that is because of my preference. I have to say that moving here, to a small town, from up north...I wasn't sure if I would be able to find a good salon without going into Montgomery. I recommend this place and Hailey, as long as you have a little extra time to wait because she does get busy. I only wish the gave appointments. Going in this morning!

I come here all the time never had an issue with my nails. But the one time I get my nails done by the young girl that's in the shop three break and one cracks within two days of getting them done. I go back to the shop to let her know, she tells me she only gave me a fill-in I have to pay she doesn't know what I did to the nails. While I'm in the shop another lady comes in with same issue from the same girl. She was very rude and unprofessional.

I enjoyed my visit, I went in around 11 on a Monday morning and there was no wait. I was greeted by multiple employees then went to the wall of polish. I noticed some one else's review stating they were rushed to sit down, while the employee there did "rush" me to sit, it was for a good reason. I had Holly, she had me sit down and brought out a basket of nail polish swatches. It was nice cause you could see the true color and hold it on your nail to see how it would look on you. While I picked out my polish she trimmed and filed my toes and nails. I got the gel polish and was out of the door with perfectly dry, manicured nails and toes in less than thirty minutes for literally half of the price other salons charge. Don't knock it til you try it!

The Absolute Rudest People Ever!! I'll be spending my money elsewhere. They've gotten so bad to where I'd just absolute dread going there. Today I got a fill-in & Holly rushed thru doing my nails, filed em down too short, cut my fingers to heck, they're crooked, & didn't even paint my whole nail. Oh & if u don't know what color u want Before you even sit down, be prepared for them standing over you breathing down ur neck rushing the ish out of you!

Decent shop and decent service depending on time you go in. My manicure was okay. I never get my nails cut prior to the soak so I had some pain during that. Pedicure was good, nothing spectacular. I understand the need to offer services however, the techs shouldn't be so pushy after hearing no more than once. That's the main reason it only gets 3 stars. It's close to my home so I'll be back for convenience.

If I could leave zero stars for this place, I would. My mother in law and I went in for manicures recently and both agreed that we would never return to this salon. When we walked in, a worker was lying on the couch. Once we realized she worked there, we told her that we wanted 2 manicures. She then stood behind us while we picked our colors and when we were taking longer to chose (it was had to make a decision due to the few choice of colors and not having near the color I was looking for) she then decided to lay back down on the couch until we were done. Then, she tried to seat us at 2 different sections of the salon. I nicely explained that we came together for some girl time and would like to be seated together if possible. The only other customers in the store were getting pedicures, so the nail stations were wide open. We sat down and the women finished my mothers "manicure" in under 10 minutes with color and all. Once we told her that we were not interested in getting gel polish, she couldn't get us out of her chair fast enough. While she was working on my mother in law I sat in the chair beside her and we talked during my short wait. During that time, the original lady that we spoke to upon arrival tried to re-seat me a few rows back to get started on me... After I had explained that we would like to be seated beside each other to talk. Once I got in the chair my service was the same as my mother in law received. She even forgot to put my clear coat on and only did it when I asked her at the drying light station. My "manicure" was finished too in about 10 minutes. The prices are very cheap. But, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I have gone to this salon to get my nails done before, and my husband and I decided to go here for pedicures after the other nearby salon was busy. I will NEVER pay for any other services at this place...this was by far my worst pedicure experience. First of all, neither the guy who did my pedicure nor the girl who did my husband's used hot towels. Then, when I asked them, they said it wasn't included. Furthermore, the guy did not massage my legs or feet at all only rubbing lotion in smh. After reporting my experience to the owner/manager, they said "well if you don't want to come back you don't have to". Wow! Great customer service when I was told everyone else received those services. Hey, the prices are good, but you can get a much pedicure from Michelle down the street at Lovely Nails 2.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in and they were busy. Only had to wait about 5 mins before I was set up for a pedicure and then a gel manicure. Prices were good. $20 just for a plain manacure...
Came in on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in and they were busy. Only had to wait about 5 mins before I was set up for a pedicure and then a gel manicure. Prices were good. $20 just for a plain manacure. The woman who helped me was nice but bc of so many people she was rushing to hurry and finish me which I did not like. I would of preferred that she just tell me to come back at a later time when they weren't so busy. Ok job on the pedi and mani but you can definitely look at it and tell it was rushed. Would possible go back but I will make an appointment next time to see if that would make a difference in how much time and effort she will put. Not the worst I've seen though so I'd guess that's a plus.

I went to have my nails done for family photos, which turned into my engagement photos (yay!) But the guy that did then FIRST did a great job on the kind of nail I wanted and they even did my mother in laws nails perfect as well....BUUUUUTTTTT!!!!... I have been going here for almost a year and always have a great experience. My nails always look great and never have issues with them breaking, unless I wait to long to have them done...even then, I may only have a chip or two. I enjoyed my visit, I went in around 11 on a Monday morning and there was no wait. I was greeted by multiple employees then went to the wall of polish. I noticed some one else's review stating they were rushed to sit down, while the employee there did "rush" me to sit, it was for a good reason. Decent shop and decent service depending on time you go in. My manicure was okay. I never get my nails cut prior to the soak so I had some pain during that. Pedicure was good, nothing spectacular.
