First time visiting this salon. I was surprised at the wait (almost 30 mins) to be placed at a pedicure station. Once seated, I soaked for about 20 more minutes. Joe and his team have been doing my nails and toes for years. He is very talented with designs (both simple and elaborate). They make you feel very comfortable and offer small chairs for kids. Great shop! Read Less

I have been twice so far once to have my nails done and again to have a pedicure and eyebrow wax (my eyebrows turned out a little smaller than I like but they still look good). I really like this place its small and quite. They pay attention to detail and are very friendly. I really like that it is super quite a good place to relax and get away.. So all in all I am very please with the place and I will continue going. Read Less

The service was awful. I went in for a full set the man was rushing I kept telling him that my nails were crooked and uneven. His response was that my nails on one hand were crooked and larger than the other. I explained to him that I have been getting full sets for over 10+years and that was just a lazy excuse. He then stated that he would cut down the nails on the hand that actually were decent to the same length as the crooked ones. I told him no you can easily fix it by reshaping them with additional acrylic he continued to argue with me. I explained to him that I was not satisfied. He had a horrible attitude and walked away I then told him I would like for them to be soaked off the entire time he was removing them he was rough and rude. I will never go back. They also had to remove my Co workers because hers were awful as well Read Less

Got a pedicure that was fine. I enjoyed the massage chair while getting a pedicure. You can watch tv while there, if you don't pass out from the fumes. Next time though I will go elsewhere. I'm offended by being overcharged. In any event I let them overcharge me $3 and tipped to boot. His eyes got big when I added to the over charge. My tip would have been more than what I tipped plus the overcharge. If it is family run, I think, none of the proprietors should expect a tip anyway,, though this tradition is dying.
