THIS IS LONG BUT READ BEFORE GOING. Don't go by the other reviews because that's what I did and regret it. First let's start with this place closes at 7 and I arrived at 5. I walk in and am not greeted with a hello/hi etc. yet the daughter says, "can I help you" after she just stared at me. I told her I wanted a full set and she replies, "pick a color" so I do and sit down. While waiting (note: only 3 people being serviced and three workers) a woman walks in. They greet her, "hey what are you needing done" she says her nails and the young lady says, "I can't do your nails tonight, come back tomorrow." The costumer leaves. Later (I'm still waiting) another lady comes in for a fill in. They tell her, "oh fill in? I have a full set waiting, long wait, come back tomorrow". Remember it's still only about 530 and they have an hour and a half before closing yet are sending customers away. I finally get helped and the owner is the one I get. First, she's rushing from the start. Throwing my hands and bending my fingers saying, "relax your hand. Put your thumb down." Pushing my arm back a million times. This went on the entire time I was there. Then she started complaining that I bit my nails off which I told her I never do and that she could barely do tips because of it. "See too short".. then when she was cutting the tips she clipped my finger with the scissors because she was in a hurry to go somewhere other than her own business. Next, she's filing them and she filed my skin more than the actual nail itself. I have a cut on my pointer finger thanks to her saw job she did. Lastly, she did not hardly speak to me other than barking a couple commands until the last 10mins. Sat there in silence while she clearly rushed the whole thing. By far the best nail place since I've been residing in Huntsville over 5+ yrs. They care about the quality, cleanliness, and satisfaction of the customer. Also the prices are reasonable. I will not be going anywhere no time soon.... Read Less

I received a phone call from Hong via her mother Merlina from True Colors Nail Spa asking me to take my business elsewhere only after being told moments earlier they could do my nails if I bring my own rhinestones.( since they said they ran out) After being approached by merlina last year at Walmart for me to patronize their business which I did spending hundreds of dollars, my last visit a couple of months ago I spent almost $200 for one visit, service was friendly at first..., quality was good but after a few visits I started to get lame excuses like it takes too long, I need to make an appointment because they were out of town, the gel breaks out her hands, and the latest they are out of rhinestones. Why they could not do my nails still to this day I do not know . I have No problem going somewhere else and I will because nail salons are a dime a dozen. My thing is to appreciate your customers! Just visited here for the first time today, not only did they do an amazing job, they were quick and very nice. My mom and I were waiting on our ride outside as they were closing up, and the lady unlocked the door and told us to come in as we wait. I will definitely be coming back! Read Less

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. She got a phone call right as I sat down. She answered the phone and stayed on the phone the entire time I was there. She didn't speak to me at all. All she did was stand up and tell me my total was $45, then asked if I wanted to tip with my debit card. I told her I would tip her on my debit card. She went ahead and added $5 her self without asking me what amount I'd like to tip!!!! She was STILL on the phone while I was paying and didn't tell me bye. I will never be back here again. I just moved here and I did reviews on which may be the best nail salon for me. I tried this one out and I was very well pleased. They were extremely nice. They did exactly what I asked and my nails look amazing. They talked and kept a conversation going until I left. They made sure my nails were perfect. They also made sure that they were 100% dry before I left which says a lot. I've left a nail salon before and messed them up because they weren't all the way dry like they said. I will be visiting them again!! They also take appointments which help to. If you have a busy schedule, make an appointment for when you can be there and they'll start on you right away. They did me. I highly recommend this place if you have high expectations like I did. The plus side is that they are only 2 minutes away from where I live!!! What could be better? Read Less
