I would never even think about giving anyone a bad review but in this case I really feel the need. There is only one remark I will make, and it is if you have long hair and just need a little trim I'm sure it's fine...but, if you have a shorter style, I would not come here because now my hair looks like a man's. I had a great picture of a very cute, feminine and doable style but when I left that place and looked in the mirror I was devastated because I look like a man. She cut my hair so short I can't even use the smallest brush or curling iron to style it. It's almost GI short!! I'm so saddened and disappointed and disgusted about this. I have been going here for close to 10 years. Kim Smartt (co-owner) is my stylist and when I have the opportunity Chris McDonald (co-owner) does my nails. This is a full service salon located in the city of Madison off of Wall Triana. Kim even added spray tans about year or so ago. I've never had a bad experience here with any of the services I have used. Despite the fact that she has been doing my hair for the past 10 years she has never assumed I want the same color (without it would be grey and not a pretty shade either) cut and style. She always asks and then listens to what I want.They also have a full line of products available or will order it if it's not on the shelf. Read Less
