If I could give this place 10 stars I would! There was such amazing customer service, not to mention my nails have never looked this good! My nail tech took care of me. I came in for a fill on my gel full set and he made them look so much better then when I came in. I got my nails done at another salon that didn't provide half the service that he did! He perfect the coffin shape I wanted and made them look stunning. He took the time to make conversation with me while he was doing my nails which I absolutely appreciate. I will never go back. I have dip powder on my nails and they charged me $5 to take it off. I’ve had my nail done there two previous times and they didn’t charge me. I’ve never seen a salon charge to take off shellac or dip powder especially when they are the ones who put it on. $40 is way too much. When I questioned her about she acted as if she did me a favor because she didn’t charge to take it off before. Definitely my last visit there. Too many other options in the area. Read Less

The employees were extremely nice. The issue is that I asked for matte black gel nail polish. My nails were painted regular black and then wiped down with nail polish remover to take away some of the shine and called "matte." Not only was I charged $30 for a color I didn't ask for, the polish now has little dips all in it from where the remover took some of the polish off in places. I wish they had turned out better because the people were so sweet I would want to give them my business. Read Less

I made an appointment with the owner Tina this time and she wasn't even there and wouldn't be back until 2 hours later!  They have my number and could've called but didn't.  I wasted time even scheduling an appointment. I came here on a Saturday without an appointment and waited just about five minutes to start.  I usually settle for a color at the nail salon, but they had a great range and found one that I was sure about.  Their health score is currently 100 which is a huge plus for me.  I went for the deluxe manicure which includes an arm scrub, massage, lotion with hot towels.  It was great!  My technician was nice and quick.  The staff seemed to appreciate my business. My daughter and I walked in there this morning and the woman told us right away she was busy could not do our nails and she said bye...she needs to change the sign on her door because walk ins were NOT welcome! Went to get a pedicure with my mom today. Sign on their door says "walk ins welcome" when we walked in and told the lady we wanted pedicures she said "we are full no one can take you today." Not good with children.  My child who is only 9 years old smudged her nail, the nail tech yelled and hollered at her when she asked her to fix it. Nail tech was very rude and did a very poor job. Also when we asked for designs on our nails, we were yelled at and told "NO" .....This is the most unprofessional and rude nail salon I have ever visited.  Will NEVER patronize this business again. I loved this place until last weekend l walked in as usual, and the old guy that works there kept drilling me with 900 questions. I told him I wanted a pedicure and the gel nail polish on my nails and he kept telling the lady that WAS going to do my nails that she didn't have time to because they had appointments coming in. He came over 3 times to us trying to tell her she didn't have time and then she would say it was okay and that she had time and then here he would come again shouting at her so I just got up and left. There this girl name Nancy , she is very ugly and she bleeds my toes nails during pedicure. I told her to stop cut my cuticles, she doesn't listen and continue cutting my cuticles. I recently had a pedicure at the Ocean Nails and Spa.  I had made an appointment and they were 10 minutes late getting started.  After she had gotten started she asked me if I wanted the standard pedicure or the superior pedicure.  Everything that she did in the superior pedicure should have been included in a standard pedicure.  I felt like I was taken advantage of.  She only put one coat of color on my nails.  I would not go back there again and would not recommend them to anyone Read Less

The place was very clean, and I saw the technicians open sterilized tools. Of all the pedicures I've had, this one was by far the most thorough and most enjoyable. The technician spent a long time on the exfoliation portion and the massage portion of the pedicure. I was so relaxed! Everyone working there spoke good English and was very nice. The prices match the other nail salons in town, ranging from $25 and up. This salon is able to accommodate 13 adult pedicures and they also had a row of kids' chairs that would be great for a little girl's party! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. First we were supposed to be there as a group and they separated us. One of the workers, I believe may be the owner, was very rude when speaking to me. Also the worker that actually did my pedicure did not even bother to speak. She simply put in her earphones and started on my feet. They then proceeded to use a tool on my feet which is not even allowed by the State of Alabama Board as something that can be used in a salon. Also I noticed that all employees did not wipe out each bowl after doing a pedicure, which I know is also a violation. None of the people in our group were satisfied. I went in for a mani and pedi and was disappointed with the cleanliness of this salon.  I watched as utensils were put back in a drawer after only being rinsed off in the pedicure water.  Not once did I observe any sterilization of any tools and the area where you wash your hands after the manicure was filthy including the trash can where you throw your paper towel.  It appeared they used the same tools on numerous clients without proper cleaning.  They did take me quickly with no appointment but I won't be going back because I need to see that cleanliness is a priority in a salon and not how many clients you can service in a day. I was only in Huntsville for 3 months, and found this place after I had a horrible experience at a nail salon by the Madison Square Mall.  I went back for a second time! The shellac didn't chip at all! Best shellac I've had done.  Tommy was the manicurist.  He assured me that it wouldn't chip and he was right.  It stayed on so long that my nails grew and I had to get them re-done.  Its unfortunate that I will have to search for another place like this at my next destination! I went in based on Google reviews of the place. Everyone said it was fantastic and blah blah blah.  My water for both mani and pedi was cold, there were hardly any people there, and it was half lit. Not to mention, I could not tell if the untensils being usedhad been sterilized or not, seeing as how they were pulled straight from the drawer. My gel manicure started CHIPPING and PEELING and WRINKLING on day 3 (they are supposed to last 2 weeks and I have had them before). When I went in today and asked them to fix it, they charged me an ADDITIONAL $15, even though it was their fault, and looked at me crazy when I didn't tip them for the second time in less than a week. I was having a really hard time trying to decide where to get my nails done until I stumbled unto this place.  It's located in a very convenient location for me and walk-ins are always welcome.The ladies were very polite and did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure.  It's a very big place with at least 15 or so pedicure chairs.  The walls are very beautiful with tropical locations pictured everywhere.  The prices are comparable to any mani/pedi I've had before so no complaints there.I think the neatest thing is that they have a separate space that you can rent for parties.  I think a mani/pedi party would be really fun so that's a cool option to have.
