This was my first visit and likely only visit. When I walked in I was ushered into a chair and and older man began filing my nails. I told him I wanted gel polish and didn't want him to trim my nails too much. One of my nails had broken but I explained to him that I was trying to get some length back. Instead he trimmed all of my nails to that shortest nail's length and then did a terrible job painting. There were bubbles in every nail and he got polish all over my cuticles. The gel peeled off within a week. My thought was that maybe he couldn't see his mistakes but if that is the case maybe he shouldn't be doing nails. Read Less

The facility was clean and the people who worked there seemed nice. I went later in the day and the manicurist seemed to rush through my nails. They look ok(I have had worse). The man who did my pedi was nice and took his time. Don't expect them to speak to you a lot tho. They speak to each other more. Over all it was good but they could use some tips on making the customer feel more welcome. Especially a shy customer. Out of the places in Madison I have been this would be at the top of my list. The CLEANEST nail salon in Madison. From the individually wrapped and properly sanitized tools to the plastic lined pedicure tubs. Every tool they used during my pedicure was pulled brand new out of its original/sanitized packaging infront of me. I also had my acrylics removed, no tearing or pulling with cuticle cutters, no extra heavy handed filing, no cut cuticles or bleeding nail edges, they really do take their time so your nails come out amazing each time. Do not go here. I mistakenly went recently, got sat right away for a pedicure, only for no one to come to do my pedicure for 30 minutes. I got up to leave to go else where and they rushed out of the back to me. The guy then rushed my pedicure. I then got my nails done. The guy that did my nails kept stretching every other minute. It took forever and it was really poor quality. Not great customer service. I really would not recommend this place at all. Read Less
