I got acrylics for the first time and the lady who did mine was not friendly at all. She never asked me if the length was good and she left the tips of some fingers uneven and they were all so long. After she painted them she told me to put them in the dryer thing and not once did she check over for nail polish mistakes. I had to ask her at the end to clean up some of the nail polish off my skin!! I had some on multiple fingers but she literally ripped off a piece of toilet paper and only cleaned up the one spot I specifically pointed out until I pointed out more mistakes. Also I don't know if this is regular practice but I had to pay before she painted them and I didn't like that because she knew what the tip was before she painted the nails. I'm sure the tip amount changes how well they paint your nails or not. I had to clip them shorter to make them more even when I got home because otherwise they just looked bad. They are horrible the woman that did mine today yelled at one lady and told her if she messed her nails up she didn't have time to fix them bc she was busy yet it was only that lady my mom and myself. I told her I wanted my nails short she never asked was the length okay I asked her to redo my thumb bc she cut it so short it was with my real nail. She had an attitude even though she had did nothing but cut the nails it's not like I asked her to redo it after she finished everything. She kept jerking and twisting my arm and just very hateful and all this happened after I asked her to put another nail on. I will never go back there I have called their customer service number and am waiting to hear back from them Monday. Read Less
