These people are so nice, but there were issues. However, they had never heard of and didn't honor the free tangerine sugar scrub posted on yelp with a check-in. Also they sent me to dry my nails with no sandals on my feet. This didn't seem appropriate, as others had the disposable sandals on before going. Walking barefoot in a nail salon seemed gross. They pulled out hang nails as they called them, and 24 hours later, our toes hurt from it. Mine is swollen and red. I've had pedicures and manicures at a few locations in Huntsville and this is the best so far! I got the deluxe pedicure and a regular manicure. Both were reasonably priced and they did an amazing job. Very relaxing and clean salon. 100% recommend! Read Less

I stopped in here at 10:30am on a Friday and was greeted very rudely by a thin woman with long hair who said, "what you want?" A different lady did my manicure and pedicure and although she was nice, my nails turned out dreadful. I had rolled my pants far above my knee for the pedicure but she somehow managed to get my pants all wet and also, the length of my toenails did not come out even. And my manicure was the worst I've ever had. There's polish and bits of dried and dead skin all around my nails. They looked better BEFORE the manicure. And the polish near the cuticle does not have a clean, precise line. The mani and pedi was $40 which is a good price but I will never return since they made my cuticle area look terrible. Read Less

I went here a couple times only, but one of the times was for my wedding and they are AMAZING. They do awesome work, it's very clean, they are the most hospitable nail place I've ever been to. I regret that I haven't been back because we moved, but I highly recommend Zen Nails! Read Less

I am so glad I followed every one's advise on Yelp. Best Nail Salon I have been to in years. All of the pedicure instruments were sterilize and in their own package. Kevin (I believe was his name) worked on my pedicure and my pink and white full set of nails. He did an amazing job!!! My nails are perfect! These are not ones that were rushed with large amounts of the acrylic on top. They are smooth with the perfect shape. The nails took roughly an hour. He also offered me some water during the nail service.The salon is extremely clean and well taken care of. The prices are great, and the service is really nice. The massage chairs are very comfortable for the pedicure.For the pedicure and the full set of pink and white nails, total was $70.00 I will definitely be back! Read Less

Well I will start off saying I'm new to Alabama and I haven't yet found my "nail place" well I found it today!I looked on Yelp for a good place to go and Zen Had a 5 star review!! Which was why I went.They have a 100 for their state board score (which is rare in a nail salon) and you can  see why. It's very clean and inviting! All implements are brand new and in packages! Everyone was very nice and prompt and accurate. Prices are Amazing and they offered me a bottle of water when my nails were drying. They listened to my every need including that I wanted square shaped nails and They did it perfectly! Max did my pedicure and Ha did my nails! Very very good experience and I cannot wait to go back!
