The only place I come to get my nails done! And I drive 30 minutes to get here. It’s sanitary, peaceful, they know what they’re doing, and they’re up to date on the latest fashions. Dip powder, holographic, and foils! Not to mention the rewards program is sweet! 😉

Came in at 615 with a 7 pm closing time. Asked only for gel polish change...not acryllic or anything complicated. Was told to come back the next day. They were not that busy. I am new to the area and looking for a new "nail person." Thanks for showing me where not to go. It seems you don't want the business! I found another salon in the next parking lot who did a great job at a good price!

I got a pedicure and wanted a simple manicure. I had gel POLISH only. I told them I didn't want it sanded off, I wanted it soaked off, I'm trying to grow my nails back after overlay/fill damage. She said it'd take a too long to soak. I said that was ok with me. First the woman told me you have to file a little first, I said ok. Then she started trying to file it all off, even after I told her two of the nails she was trying to file had NOTHING AT ALL on them! She got mad and started talking angrily in another language to a man there who took over. He painted them and I left. I still had to pay for a manicure I never got. I am now afraid to go to another nail salon for fear of starting ALL OVER AGAIN! This is, by far, the worst nail salon I've ever went to.

Working in the beauty industry myself, I have an idea of great customer service. When I go to get a pedicure the #1 reason I go is to remove and soften the dead skin. Today, I was disappointed. Extremely disappointed, and then told there was nothing they could do about it. These people refuse to put in a little elbow grease to get the job done. Also, they never even applied any lotion to what they called my "dry" feet. I will never be back.

Stay away from this salon! I'm currently trying to heal my feet of abrasions and cuts after having a pedicure done by a woman with an attitude.

The only place I come to get my nails done! And I drive 30 minutes to get here. It’s sanitary, peaceful, they know what they’re doing, and they’re up to date on the latest fashions. Dip powder, holographic, and foils! Not to mention the rewards program is sweet! 😉

I am new to the area and looking for a new "nail person." Thanks for showing me where not to go. It seems you don't want the business! I found another salon in the next parking lot who did a great job at a good price!

I got a pedicure and wanted a simple manicure. I had gel POLISH only. I told them I didn't want it sanded off, I wanted it soaked off, I'm trying to grow my nails back after overlay/fill damage. She said it'd take a too long to soak. I said that was ok with me. First the woman told me you have to file a little first, I said ok. Then she started trying to file it all off, even after I told her two of the nails she was trying to file had NOTHING AT ALL on them! She got mad and started talking angrily in another language to a man there who took over. He painted them and I left. I still had to pay for a manicure I never got. I am now afraid to go to another nail salon for fear of starting ALL OVER AGAIN! This is, by far, the worst nail salon I've ever went to.
