I started coming here a couple of years ago. I had my first threading experience here and I've been a regular every since. In my opinion, I think that she does a really good job with the brows. I can only attest to that.However, I've had a couple of bad experiences within that time with "newbies". One recently with a gentleman. My brows were jacked and I expressed that. Fortunately, the female owner was able to shape them up a bit more and I felt semi decent.  Once I get used to a certain tech, I don't want anyone else to service me. I hate being someone's experiment. Nah. Other than the experimenting, my only gripe is that common courtesy is not a thing around here. I'm always one to tip and I've never gotten a "Thank you" instead suggestive services for lip, chin, head, shoulders, knees and toes are offered (slight exaggeration). But seriously, ease up on the pushiness for additional services, electronic and cosmetic selling and say THANK YOU. Read Less

Find somewhere else! I'm new to the area and was very disappointed 1. After I got home I noticed tiny cuts on my eyelids! I've had eyebrow threading done many times and have never had this happen.2. Usually they wipe down the brow with witch hazel to help with redness and stinging. She did not do this. 3. The woman who did the threading barely spoke to me except to offer additional services. The only good thing I can say is that I like the shape of my eyebrows! Read Less

The women here did a brilliant job on my eyebrows. I moved here from South FL and had an amazing eyebrow lady and have been on the search since I've been in AL (almost 2 years!!) I've gone through plenty of places. The reason j gave four stars was because she went a little thinner then I wanted, I prefer a thicker brow. But no one really noticed but me and I didn't tell her what I wanted. I will be going back even though I thick threading is so painful. But she did a good job! Read Less

I have a love hate relationship with them. They do great work, but I assume the new owners are very pushy for more services. But the way that that she tries to get more services is my somewhat insulting you. You want your lip done? No thank you. You sure? Yes. No eyelashes, no thank you. What does it take that I'm not interested in other services? What about lotion, you need lotion?? No I just put on some on. Smh. Waxing may be better option for you or another place that does threading. Read Less

I love coming here they have fast service and the ladies that work there are great at what they do. However, one time I was there, there was 1 person working and she had a son about 3 years old. He would greet everyone with HELLO!!! But once you sat down you were fair game for him to kick you. The lady that he was kicking told him to stop on numerous occasions, not once did his mom say stop, come here, or go and get him. She allowed her son to kick climb and just be really ugly to a customer that the customer ended up walking out. I will say that they don't try to push you into getting other services like other places here in the area do. Read Less
