Terrible experience!! I asked as I always do to have my ingrown nail removed. They removed it but with half of my skin with it. I almost passed out ,because it hurt so bad. They can do better getting dust free, organized and clean. My pet peeve is inattention to the customer while doing my feet. I came here with my friend for the first time to both get full sets. Upfront we were told 25$, then when paying we were told 30$. I didn’t mind paying because I was pleased with mine. The girl who did mine did a great job. Kept double checking to make sure everything was even and perfect shaped. My friend on the otherhand didn’t have that great of an experience. We both sat down at the same time, getting the same exact thing, and she was done atleast 15 minutes before, but I’m guessing some techs are quicker than others I thought. But after she complained that the lady didn’t even trim her cuticles and was very rough. We both are just hoping she received that service because we came an hour before closing, so we will be back to try again. Read Less

I’ve been here before and had a great experience!! Decided to come back again and I’m regretting it. If you pay in cash- you aren’t charged for wine. Wrong! She significantly cut me with the cuticle cutters (had to stop for a few minutes because of the bleeding.) And my polish is all over my toes and looks like my 6 year old painted them. I have been to this salon several times. They have always been very friendly. But yesterday was a total disaster. I decided to get a manicure, which I never do because my nails are never long enough. The nails actually looked good going in, I just needed a little shaping. I told her to trim them a little. Now, I barely have any nails at all. She trimmed them all the way down. And two of my fingers bled from where she dug into them. I also got the aroma pedicure where they do the hot towels and paraffin wax. I always look forward to the hot towels because they are relaxing. But as she was putting them on my legs, she began beating my legs. I have bruises on my legs today from the massaging and beatings I got while there. Won’t go back. Can’t believe I actually paid good money for that. Read Less

I’ve been here a few times before and had a great experience but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my entire life- so disappointed! I will never return here again. Long story short- the acrylic set that this woman did was a nightmare, a messy application that resulted in lumps, uneven lines and appeared blobby- anyone who knows acrylic knows that’s not the goal for a set of nails! Then to really make it worse when I decided to go back and POLITEL...Y ask for her to make them appear neater (I had acrylic on my skin along my nail beds!) she scoffed at me and proceeded to angrily go off in her own language (that I don’t speak or understand) to her coworkers obviously ABOUT me! Are you serious? Reminder- you are in the customer service industry! I just PAID you for a service that you completely failed to deliver. I don’t know about other people but I don’t believe in paying to be disappointed not to mention left you a tip you DID NOT deserve at all based on the job you did! I asked AND showed them an almond nail shape and they gave me a stilleto nail shape. When I told the guy that's not how I wanted it he got mad and started being rough with my hands. Yanking, twisting, and pulling on my hands. He had to soak of my nails and redo them. He was mad he had to redo it so he rushed through my nails. I got a gel set and I've gotten plenty of gel nails done in my time and he didn't put the base coat on first he just started with color. I have tried this location several times because it is convenient location-wise and every time I am super disappointed. Staff is unprofessional and cares more about socializing with each other than actually working. Took almost an hour and a half to get a classic pedicure. Also pointing and smiling at me and then speaking in a language you know I don't understand is RUDE. The pedicure was painful and I had to visibly flinch to get them to ease up a little. Read Less

I just left from what was suppose to be main/pedi . Ask the girl at the desk for experienced nail tech. She assure me the tech was good. The manger had to come over and assist. Worst pedi ever . So, I ask the extremely sweet nail tech how long she had been working here. She said 3 weeks. It was very obvious. I left without getting polish on my toes or the manicure. I use to cone here or one of there other locations all the time. But never again. The last two times have been awful. $50. Wasted. Read Less

I've been going there since I moved to Huntsville. I love it there. I was scared that they closed completely the other day but then I saw that they moved. The new building seems way smaller than the last one. That's the only downside. The have new people there. They were very nice and experienced. Will definitely come back for bella and her husband! They was nice but they did a horrible job on my nails and feet he didn't shape my nails down correctly like they was supposed too I was in and out quickly my nails pop off less than a week I wish I could post up a picture of their work of my nails just too show the proof. I've been seeing Joanna and her team at Rejuvenation for several years. I find them to be professional, timely, considerate, and kind. They are often busy and if you walk I. Without an appointment Jonna will give you an honest assessment of your wait time. If you call ahead and make an appointment you will always be seen within a few minutes of your appointment time. Children of the staff are sometimes in the store. I love their company and we often spend the hour laughing and being silly together. I have been to other salons in the area when I've been in a pinch for time and have ended up sore and bleeding. Sadly, as I look for a place to regularly have my nails done I must cross this one off my list. My sister and I visited with very high hopes but it simply is not to be for us. We were greeted at reception by the most adorable children, but telling a young boy I want to have a wax, is not my idea of a spa experience. The facilities are exquisite, well set up, beautifully maintained, and very clean so we thought. When we were seated in the pedicure chairs, our techs would not r...espond to us. It took me raising my voice and waving my hand to shake the two techs from their conversation so that my sister could get a towel to cover the sticky arm. Initially, he reached up and turned on the massage chair. She had to tell him to stop and listen to her. At that point we should have just left. The conversations continued across the salon in their native language, which is fine, but no conversation at all with clients is unacceptable. The skin on the tops of my toes are raw and very sore from aggressive filing and my thumb nail was ragged when I walked from the building. My cuticles were not trimmed. As I looked at my bill which I paid to the fore mention child at the desk, I noticed an extra $5 charge for removing polish. Their policy of no refunds is clearly posted so I didn't bother to ask.
