Not impressed. Very slow, & person doing my pedicure cut my cuicle causing it to bleed & become sore. Not good for someone on blood thinners. My Mother had a fill in done on her fingernail, and 3 different people worked on her. We were in there for almost 3 hrs. Place wasn't crowded, but because they were so slow, people were leaving. Everyone there was so polite, they all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and with satisfied with everything. I was so pleased I have not found another salon that has treated me the way that natural now have treated me they are more than amazing all of the employees really do an amazing job at making me feel like you're more than welcome. This is the only place I recommend to get your nails done as well as your eyebrows way they did an amazing job on my nails toenails and my eyebrow. I could not have asked for a better Valentine's Day gift from my boyfriend he definitely sent me to the right place. This is now the only place I'll go. Read Less

Place is very clean and they have plenty of polish and different options but my pedicure left me with dead skin hanging off my feet and rougher than when i went in the ends of my toe nails are snagging the prices are more than ive seen at any other nail shop but the customer service was awesome! I may go back and try other nail techs but for the prices i will probably just stick to my regular nail shop. Not the worst work ive ever had done but definately not what i expected for the price! This was the worst nail salon I have ever been in. I am from out of town and the way I was treated along with the other customers is so TACKY! The staff was fighting with each other, yelling, crying, and in a frenzy while people are trying to relax! Not only was this happening, the girls who were attending to me were too interested in the fighting that my toes and nails are so mediocre. Disgusting service.Read Less

I only go a few times a month to treat myself, but i am never disappointed. They are always friendly, quick to greet you and tend to your needs. The nails i get always last me at least a month if not longer so the quality is one of the best i have found in huntsville. Prices are about the same as most other places *better on a few things* Overall they get a 5 out of 5 from me, for good customer service and great quality! Read Less

Please spend your money elsewhere!!!I have been going to this salon for many years when visiting home. I've always received acceptable service until recently. My aunt and best friend told me on different occasions how rude they were to them but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I usually only let the owner's wife I think her name is Mai do my nails but she had an appointment and assured me this tech would do a good job. Another client and I were talking and she asked me if the acrylic had ruined my nails like they did hers. I was explaining to her that I only get the shellac polish but the technique of using the drill to file them down was weakening them and I had to get acrylic on my thumbs because they broke. I know this because my all natural nail salon in NY doesn't use drills or acrylic and my nails were always healthy. The nail tech rudely interrupted our conversation saying you didn't have to get acrylic my aunt just suggested it. Of course I wanted to say some choice words but I just waited until she was done. When I was leaving the owner's wife asked if everything was okay and I told her no I didn't appreciate the customer service. So the next time I called to make an appointment with Mai and when I got there on time I waited until she was finished with the current client. But then she started on someone else! I politely reminded her I had an appointment. She stated she had to do them first because they were there before me but to talk to her husband. What is the point in making an appointment!!! He told me I had to wait but I didn't have to if I didn't want to. Needless to say I didn't. There are way too many nail shops in the same area to be treated with disrespect. Read Less
