One word! Miracle First off I never post a review but I get asked so many times,”Who does your nails!”. So I had to post to give credit where credit is due! Ms. Ruby never fails me with her nail care and designs. When I visited Nail tech For the first time my nails were brittle and short.😒 I saw her nails and was surprised that her nails were really healthy and were well kept. Most nail techs I have experienced in the past never had well groomed nails. I pouted and openly said aloud that, “I wish my nails could grow into the almond shape”. She looked at me and said, “You can do it with no powder dip or acrylic needed”. 3 weeks later... my nails grew healthy and strong. Couldn't understand the older man doing my fill-in.Turns out he wanted to soak nails off first (never needed before). Arrived at 12:45 and HE WAS NOT FINISHED AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF when i had to leave for an appt!!! Paid $50 for the SLOWEST fill in and had to come back for him to finish the job.... I have been letting Ruby do my nails for a couple of years now, and let me tell you she has made them stronger than ever.. My natural nails have blossomed for sure. The people here are very kind and I never have a long wait. If you want someone to take good care of your nails try Nail Tech it is the best way to go. Read Less

I repeatedly asked for a rounded tip, but the gentleman doing my nails wasn't having it and continued on with squares. After about 4-5 times, I gave up and just fixed them to my liking when I got home. The polish was streaky. I have only heard good things about this place, so I assume it was just the gentleman that I went to. Ask around and make an appointment with a specific person and I don't think you'll have any problems. The prices are good. The place is clean and put together. Read Less

The salon is nice and clean. The staff is friendly but the actual nail service I received wasn't good. Especially for the price I paid. I showed the technician the middle photo as to what I wanted. I told him I wanted the same length and shape. He was enthusiastic about it and I was confident he knew what he was doing. The other photos are what I got. The length is no where near the same, the shape is way off on top of being uneven on some of the nails and he didn't check to see if each finger on both hands were the same length.. my pinky nails are two totally different lengths and shapes. The ombré is okay. I did not expect for my nails to look exactly like the picture I showed but I did expect a better job than what I got. For $50. I feel bad because they were all very nice. But I do not want someone else experiencing the same as I did.. unfortunately I did not have another 1.5 hours to stay again to have them redone. Read Less

nails were fantastic but I thought I may have been over charged. So when I left I pulled up the price sheet from Facebook and I was. A little disappointed with that. But I do love my nails. It should have been $25 for my classic pedicure and $20 for my nails. (I asked when I walked in, but that person did not do my nails) my bill was $60 before a tip. Read Less

This was the quickest pedicure I have ever had in my life. A woman was getting a pedicure when I walked in. I got my pedicure and a acrylic fill in with gel polish and she was still getting her pedicure. I felt kind of cheated I have had plenty of pedicures before but I can say this was definelty the quickest. However they look good and so does my fill in. They are very friendly and it was clean. I don't even know where this experience went wrong. First when I arrived the decor is really nice and new. Wine and water are available too. When I told man behind the counter I wanted a pedi the rolling of the eyes cause there were 3 ladies and 2 techs working on them. So he tells me to pick a color from the skimpy colors (lots of red, few pink and purples) if you want bright or vibrant colors this is not the place for you. So I picked a color I didn't realize that water was being drawn. So he yells across the room that I can have a seat. Now the chairs are new and relaxing. But the water was scorching hot and he yells again for a across the room "too hot?" Yes. He then lets a out huge sigh like I don't want to do this. So he comes back and turns on cool water and its fine.  So as I was getting a pedi he and the others were speaking in their native tongue Vietnamese. He then asks me and a couple of others in here if they smell that? I tell him no as well as some of the other customers. He then says its smells like chitlings. I was taken back because I am a minority and that he was making reference to other minorities in the store. So he then hits my foot when he's done and wants in to go in the water. I then say "please don't hit my feet, just tell me to place in back in the water."his response is ok, but continues to hit my feet smh. Well then takes the pointy end of the cuticle pusher and pokes my leg with it. WTH is going in here? Don't do that! That's rude I tell him! Oh so sorry he says. I don't have a problem with him until I was drying my toes with other customers when he comes over and ask if I want his number? No, I'm good I will just call here to reach you. He then responds my number is 1800 SEXY and my website is www.bootycall. Really???? So the other customers are offend too and we all make a bee line to the door. So if you want to be offend, poked, and hit while getting your nails done this is the place for you. I've been going to Nail Tech since right after it opened a few years ago, and I haven't been anywhere else since.  This is a family-owned and operated business, and it shows.  They take great pride in their work, the cleanliness of their salon, and their clientele.  I've NEVER had a bad manicure or pedicure there in the 3 years I've been going.  Plus, Tommy makes me laugh every time I go :) Read Less
