I requested shellac. I showed them a simple pink and darker pink ombre with glitter and he shook his head no. I cannot seem to find a nail tech around East Huntsville who can do ombre on nails. Anyway, he was in a hurry and the gel is too thick and has unevenly pooled at the right top of all of the nails on my right hand, except for my pinky. -_- He did not offer a mani either, just buffed and painted without a word. Won't get my nails done anywhere but here! I go twice a month. They are fast and my nails look amazing each time. If I feel as though one isn't even with the other or the polish isn't completely covering the nail (I'm anal about that), he happily fixes it without a problem! Read Less

The experience was alright, very pushy about coming back to them. I got a pedicure yesterday and the paint was far from mediocre, I still had paint on my skin around my toes. And I woke this morning with a throbbing pain and swelling in my big toe. Currently treating for possible infection. Will never go back and will warn others not to go there either. Read Less

I an here now getting a pedicure they get some kid that acts scared of feet to do mine. You can tell he doesn't know what he's doing. I will never be back here! I am here now and want to get up and just leave. I will never come here again. I asked this boy to please trim my nails down and he barley touched them then he didn't even do all of them. Stay away if you want a good pedicure. This is totally unexceptable! Well after sitting through the hatchet work on my pedicu...re the owner came over to retouch the work of someone else, and it was no better. I had to go to rainbow nails on Winchester to get my pedicure redone. The Polish was smudged on 2 toes and they trimmed my nails and cleaned my heals not with a small Polish Brush and the gave me a great massage! Less than a week, white tip shellac chipped, cracked and began to turn yellowish, brown!! I went back to show owner he said nail tech would fix them, she was busy someone else removed shellac and polished a different color, (only because I refused to get the same white tip shellac and the same thing happens in less than amother week).
