They do a great job here! The staff are very nice and friendly. Beautifully decorated and it looked brand new. The lady in the front desk was very lovely. I've been getting the dipping nails for several years now. I moved here several months ago and I'm looking for a reliable salon. My first time here was wonderful. I thought I had found my salon. (I've been to two others). My second and third time have been non satisfactory. I admit I went Sunday am and they were already bust. Additionally I took my two granddaughters and daughter along for services. If they were too busy I wish they would have just told us. Instead they threw on my nails. By Monday two had broken. Mid week another broke. Yesterday I cracked one more. Today when I was working in the garage I broke another. Seriously this is the worst ever. I'm used to occasionally breaking one at the end of three weeks. Nothing like this. I'm off to find a new salon to see if they are better because I'm not going back to here. Read Less

They are ok one tech is EXTREMELY chatty with workers (I call her gossip queen) she is the second chair in the front. I promise you it takes me hour and half on a weekday to get my nails done. And no I do not have acrylics or have to get fill ins, just gel. Read Less

My sister and I made an appointment but I still had to wait. They used the metal foot file, and I didn't know this then but I have found out since that this is illegal. Because my sister went first and I had to wait, mine was rushed and was sloppy. The guy messed up my nail under the acrylic. There was no massage during the pedicure. Just awful... had to sit inside this shop with a bird flying over my head . The establishment did not want to keep the door open to allow the bird to leave. They are so worried with making money that they are overlooking people that have already been there to attend new customers. Clean with excellent, friendly service! Their health rating is always top notch & they provide sterile, safe service. They do a great job with custom nail designs and provide a nice selection of pedicures at very reasonable prices. They never had a long wait and are always staffed very well. I highly recommend! Terrible. They were going to let me walk out with pink polish all over my skin and one nail half painted. The nails that ARE painted are crooked. Also noticed on the way out that they have a 90 health rating. Stay away. Read Less

I have been to Fusion many times. They always do a great job! I usually get a pedicure and pink & white nails. I have done lashes and waxes too.  The owner's are husband & wife, just wonderful  people.   They insure you are always offered and beverage and leave happy! Read Less

I try to never give a negative review but I feel this is necessary based on a problem I experienced. I was assigned a young man for my service. He used the tool to remove dead skin but proceeded to rub a hole in my skin and didn't stop when I told him it was burning me. He also pulled the cuticle around my big toe so roughly that I am experiencing pain and swelling two days later. I will never go in this salon again as they seem more concerned with up selling, and yet giving equal service to the cheaper price, than being careful and considerate. Read Less

I went yesterday for the very first time. There was no wait and the lady that done my pedicure and full set done an amazing job. Spoke and understood very good English. She did not try to see me any product or push me into anything. I was give the chance to pick out which pedicure pricing that I wanted and was no haggle. It's takes a lot for me to be dissatisfied- but I was so disappointed with my experience I had to let others know- you probably don't want to waste your money. Their services are highly overpriced for what you get. My nail tech seemed to care less about giving me a good pedi. He barely massaged at all, didn't fully remove my old nail polish, and wasn't going to give me their advertised Mother's Day discount until I mentioned it and told him that there was a sign out front about it, which was why I came in the first place. He also cut 2 of my toes during the filing & clipping. And the next day my polish started chipping, which I've never had happen so quickly before. Very disappointed also. Nails were done on a Thursday afternoon and by that evening one toe was completely gone. Must be old nail polish. By Sunday, Polish on 3 toes were gone. After paying $50, plus a tip for a pedicure that is completely unacceptable. Then by Tuesday, big toe with pretty design was gone. I won't go back there plain and simple. For years I have been all over the Huntsville area searching for a salon that I could rely on for my nail care. I have found that by far the best Spa I have EVER experienced is the new Fusion Nail Spa next to the new Kroger on Highway 72. Their work is beautiful and durable. The hygiene of the spa is flawless. The ambiance is beautiful and the energy of Fusion is entirely positive. They seem to use high quality products because I have never had chipping, lifting, mold, or any other problems. I have found the staff to be consistently professional and friendly and the waiting time is almost always very reasonable. The staff at Fusion is very accommodating. The best part of all is that they keep their prices competitive and are usually running specials. If you haven’t tried the Fusion Nail Spa, I highly recommend that you do.
