The receptionist was excellent! She ran the place like a champ and deserves a huge raise. The girl that gave me a pedicure scrubbed a part on the side of my foot that didn’t have calluses and now it’s raw and bleeding. I asked her before we got started to not scrub so hard as my skin is thin. My daughter wanted acrylic nails for her fourth grade graduation present. I wanted to do this for her because I can’t make her ceremony due to work. A few employees got a little agitated because they thought she was to young. If I’m paying the money, what is it to them. After a long gymnastics practice with the team, my body felt tired and especially my leg got so tensed from all that practice. I happened to pass by this new opening nail salon on my way home, and I thought to myself: ""why don't I treat myself something nice today"". And thanks goodness for that thought, I went and tried the herbal detox at this place. I've never felt so relaxed, my skin feels so smooth and soft, and all the sore and tiresome I've felt before entering this place have all gone away. All the tension throughout my body just drift away like the ocean waves. I ended up doing the whole manicure and pedicure sets. The staff here are professional and friendly, they make me feel like we've been friends since forever even though we've just met. I felt like I'm back on my feet and ready for more intense practice coming up. The price is reasonable too, which is a BIG PLUS for me. Decided to try a new nail place and I found this place with great reviews. I thought the guy at the counter was fantastic with helping me find parking and then also when I went in and pick the colors for my nails he told me what number of Polish to use to match my toes. My pedicurist was amazing and trust me she has some work to do. My S&S lady was super fantastic. We had good conversation the whole time that I was getting my nails done. She shape them exactly the shake that I wanted and she did them thin and square round like I asked. I really enjoyed my time there it was nice music playing and it was super clean. I love this place. My daughter and I had a great experience at this clean and well-maintained nail salon. Our pedicures were meticulously executed, and my daughter's gel manicure is lovely. My daughter's gel pedi ended up being done with regular polish in the same shade as the gel she chose. Very clean, good prices, and the staff is very friendly. I am now a regular. I went in today and got their basic pedicure. I will say I was shocked at how big the place was and how many chairs they had available. It was also VERY clean looking. It did not have that ""dusty"" essence to it that a lot of ""quickie"" nail places have due to the fake nails. I had a minimal wait which was fine because it gave me time to pick out a color. Pedicurist did a nice job with my service and the leg massage was really gentle. My color was painted on beautifully and I left with really pretty feet. Very thorough, clean, well-equipped. My mother and I use to go this salon every month from 2014-2016, but haven't been able to much this year. Our experience yesterday demonstrated how rapidly the quality declined. After making appointments to have manicures and pedicures together, we were seated together at the pedicure stations. My pedicure was first because the technician had another appointment and had to "hurry". After my mother had been soaking in the tub for about 15-20 minutes, I refused to allow my pedicure to continue until she was seen. That was apparently a "no-no" and we were fussed at, being told that if we wanted to be worked on together, we needed appointments... hmm. We informed the technician that we made appointments and specified that we wanted to do this together. We were instructed to wait in the future and that if we were in a hurry, we need to come at a less busy time. Okay, don't get me wrong. Shops get busy. I understand, and I understand how junky your day can get with mean customers. We never were nasty, always kept our manners, and kept the communication clear, consice, and professional. I've never had such a poor pedicure, and my mother has never been so disappointed with the service here. $50 went to these pedicures that were nothing more that what I can do at home. We were so disappointed that we refused our manicures, paid, and left. Grateful that starbucks was nearby to salvage the girls-day-out. Firstable, the salon so Dirty. I just been there few days ago. I have to wait 45 mins after i ask short lady at front desk, her act like descrimination to Black people. She Owner of the shop her name Lin or Lil, After that, the lady do my toe so rush, pedicure so terrible, she ask me to do gel on my toe but i dont need that, she upsad and mad on me, they speak lound Them langguages. She massage my feet just 2 minutes, and polish my toe nail like baby 3 year old did. So terrible, so rude, i know her name Tiffany. I'll tell all my friend dont come there. DO NOT GO!!!! Terrible. I've been here multiple times over many years, even in the last 2 months. Today it was filthy with nails and foot crust all over the floor. Behind the chairs is horrific... The technicians wouldn't speak to me and kept informing me of the prices as if I couldn't pay. They were upset when I asked for gel on my toes. Then I had to balance a UV light on my wet foot and keep it from falling in the water and electrocuting myself. My manicurist was rough and did a poor job. They rush and don't do a good job. I get my nails done very often, but I have never received such poor quality. My manicure was very sloppy and rushed. Do NOT visit this salon. I have gotten my nails done professionally for over 10 years. This was the all time worst experience. I had a pink and white set removed and a follow up manicure. The set was not fully taken off, so the tech filed with the dremmel until he hit nail bed on almost every finger. He actually said "tell me when hot." He applied lotion and immediately wiped it off with the towel. No massage. Cuticle oil was applied and then wiped off with the towel. No wash. The light pink polish then wouldn't dry and bubbled. I asked for it to be taken off. One swipe with the remover didn't remove all the polish. I was then pointed at and talked about by several members off the staff. Never going here again and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I wish I could add the photos I took of this manicure. Read Less

I took my daughter here for mother/daughter mani-pedis. I was very disappointed. For both of our $25 pedicures neither nail tech did cuticles or shaped our nails and neither offered. Right before painting them I finally asked her to do it. She did a half way job and proceeded to paint them. The guy who did my gel manicure though did a great job. However, we will not go back. The one lady doing my toes was very rude and when you walk in and spend more than $100 plus a tip to be pampered you would like to be surrounded by someone friendly and willing to do a good job. I live in Hazel Green, and it is certainly worth the drive! They give the best massages when getting a pedicure. The shellac manicures are really good and hold up longer than anywhere else I have been to. It can get really crowded and busy, especially on a Saturday. Read Less

I drove to this salon based on reviews, and was sorely disappointed.The salon is lovely; well-lit, huge, and with a great selection of polish. It's so big, though, that it's run like a pit at a NASCAR race -- the entire time I was there, the woman in front was yelling to nail techs about where to be and directing clients with numbers to find their chair (I was in 26).Despite having an appointment, I waited almost 30 minutes with my feet in the water to have my tech show up. A nice guy, he spoke almost no English, so our communication was limited. The process was great, but it was probably the worst polish job I've ever paid for... The polish quite literally didn't get to the end of my toenails, and was so heavy it bubbled. Again, despite having an appointment, the yeller in front apparently didn't communicate that I also wanted a manicure, so after I reminded him he rushed through it like no one's business. Again, the process was fine, but with the bubbling and not covering my nails I should've just skipped the polish.I won't be going back, but I guess if you're close enough it's fine. Read Less

Came here every other week, religiously, for all 5 of the years I lived in Hampton Cove.  I'm back home in Los Angeles now, but still missing Classy Nails.  Lynn, the owner, is fabulous!  While everyone on her staff is great, I won't trust anyone else with my pink and whites.  Amy gives the best pedicures!  They are fanatical about sterilizing and cleaning after every customer.  The shop was recently remodeled, so everything is new.  There are many large screen televisions throughout.  The prices are phenomenal for the value!  Love them! The guy that did my pedicure, Ricky, did a wonderful job and listened to everything I wanted done. The guy that did my nails, Lee, didn't do what I asked and was pretty snooty. When I asked for the pink and white set I told Lee that I like short nails and he left them to long and he kept saying after I shape them they will be much shorter but they weren't. Also cut my cuticle with the drill on one my fingers. I will go back for pedicure and will ask for Ricky. I will not let Lee touch my nails again....he is awful and rude!!!!! Read Less

Bleh.I got my first set of acrylics here.  Never again.I took extremely good care of my nails & they began chipping & coming loose.  Yes, they were pretty right after they'd been done, but...  it doesn't really count for much when they start coming off in less than 7 days.  In addition, they didn't even clean up around the fingers or do anything with the cuticles.Definitely not worth the $40+ I spent. Its very hard to find a nail salon when your new in town. Well this is my new place! Its large and bright.It has a decent nail color selection and the place is clean. Not food serving clean, but nail salon clean. Sonny did my color tip nails for $35 and I love them. Both my nail and pedicure tech spoke great English. They do waxing also. I have no complaints! My nails look AMAZING. Just fab, and kudos to a place in Alabama willing to play the Tennessee game.  But the intensity level can be a bit high in this place because there's an employee that yells. I've never been to a nail salon with so many hip, fashionable, and hot girls.  And they are all so tiny!!!   The good thing is that they know how to do nails.  The guys know what they are doing well.  It's a really fun place, a lot of times crowded, and very professional.  They do really great work, and most people I speak to speak English very well.  I also like that the health department rating was 100 when I visited. When I lived in Hazel Green, AL I would drive all the way to Carl T. Jones for manicures and pedicures.  There simply is no other option for me for nails once I had my first visit.  This place is so awesome!!! Read Less
