I went in for a manicure and a pedicure, first they took forever. Second my manicure looks awful, they cut too much of my cuticle that my fingers are in pain and the cuticle is all red. Third they are so expensive and don't really give you a option when you walk in. That was the most expensive manicure and pedicure I have had for the pain they gave my hands.  Never again Read Less

My mom and I went here to get our nails done. Everyone seemed nice at first but then one woman in particular was ordering lunch while doing my moms pedicure and seemed more interested in doing that than taking care of my mom. My mom signed us in and told them we wanted two mani/pedis, but then she asked my mom again and my mom said she wanted a manicure too but no color. Well she got up and left the building after my moms pedicure. My mom understood there was a miscommunication. So another girl took over. Then she came back and just laid into my mom saying well no you didn't say that and was arguing with her about it. Didn't apologize or anything just blamed my mom. Been here multiple times. Always good service. Hadn't gotten my nails done in a while and went in recently. Again awesome service. Shop is always nice and relaxing. Never to over crowded. Although I try and go at low times. Read Less

I was so happy Beaute had the nail powder dip! It's so much healthier than acrylic. I am a little more difficult than the standard client because I am a major nail biter.  Phillip was fantastic and was able to put tips on my nails for a fun Halloween theme! He didn't fuss at me for biting either. (Always embarrassing)  Wish I lived in Huntsville because I would be back just for him! He is much better than my lady back home in Nashville. Went in to get a basic manicure with a simple reference decoration I wanted (natural nail on half, diagonal color block on other side of nail). She tried to talk me into acrylics twice and then wouldn't drop asking me about gel color, which I said no to multiple times. So after about 6 times of having to say no and restate what I wanted, she did a bad job. The lines were not clean and I had to ask for the decoration to actually meet the edges of my nail. This is officially my go-to nail salon. I got a pedicure and Gel-polish color change. The pedicure was a basic and Alisha was great. She was pleasant to talk to and very gentle in her skill. Most places only allow a full-manicure with the gel-polish, yet this one allowed for a simple color change and it was $10 cheaper than the manicure. My nails and toes still look great and I will absolutely go there again. Update: 2 weeks later and my nails still look amazing. There has been no chipping or wear around the nail tips. I come from atlanta and the prices there are $11 for a regular manicure compared to $15 in Huntsville. Normally there is no wait and you can get in and out. However, I will recommend you avoid Friday afternoons right before they close. I assume everyone is getting ready for the weekend and the wait can be up to 30 minutes. I notice the place has bottles of waters but I was never offered a drink. I would just recommend that they offer a drink to their clients. Read Less

This place is great! It is very nice inside and the staff is very friendly. I was treated wonderfully and my nails turned out great. Most of the time my fingers hurt after getting them done but the guy who did mine was very gentle. I'll definitely be back. Read Less

Came to visit from out of town and decided to stop in here for a much needed pedi. The cost of the regular pedi is 25.00 and they said that the "signature" pedi at 30.00 was a better/longer massage and a hot towel for your feet. A friend and I opted for the signature pedi, but I was very disappointed. It was the same massage as a normal/regular pedi that I have had anywhere else for less money and the hot towels were not worth the extra 5.00. The service was still ok and lasted about 30 minutes. I strongly suggest you get a regular pedi here or go somewhere else for a better treatment if you are spending 30.00 or more. Read Less

This place is slightly new! I think it opened sometime last year (2015) I actually came here to get my nails done the night my fiancé proposed! Everyone was so friendly and nice, and the lady who did my nails was awesome. Keep in mind, I had a bad nail biting habit at the time too. So props to her for making my nails look nice regardless.
