They a rep off be overcharging people then want to act like they don't understand. Me and my mama been going to this place for years and never got this treatment I'll never visit this place again.

Very rude. Bad service. Made a mistake on My nail asked can it be fixed? Was very rude even referred me to go to Mimi's. 2nd time will never get my service again💯

I will never go back to this shop again...use to love the lady who does my feet but lately she's been slacking...got a fungus on my nails owner said its not her fault when I never said it was and didn...

I used to like going to them for my nails but I got my nails done Saturday and by Monday the Polish was fading I went in on that Monday to have them re polish my nails and I would have been willing to...
I used to like going to them for my nails but I got my nails done Saturday and by Monday the Polish was fading I went in on that Monday to have them re polish my nails and I would have been willing to pay but she told me it would be $20 for a polish change even though the price on the wall clearly stated less than that. I only play $27 for the full set I am so disappointed in how greedy they are and I will never go back.

I got my nails done on Thursday. As of today I have lost four nails, they did not break they completely popped off. When I called they told me they had to charge because a full in only covers the top ...
I got my nails done on Thursday. As of today I have lost four nails, they did not break they completely popped off. When I called they told me they had to charge because a full in only covers the top of my nails! What does that even mean? I recommend City Nails to any and all... It's a bit of a ways down the parkway but they atleast care about the quality of your nails.

very bad service. very very bad, i went inside & she went to the back i waited 10 min & when i finally left she came out then right back in the back to sit & watch tv.
